Excellent, beautiful property hidden in the remote coast of Palawan Puerto Princesa. Highly recommend visiting the underground river and staying at this hotel for several nights. Breathtaking beachfront property in a quiet, peaceful environment.

The place is very clean extremely beautiful and modern. The staff were very hospitable and made every minor concern accommodated with a smile. The breakfast buffet was excellent, wide spread and brewed latte coffee at your request.. Highly recommended and will consider coming back in the future.

It was paradise! We enjoyed our food and our accommodations. The pool was beautiful and the grounds were amazing. The drive to the resort was long but a beautiful drive. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We did an excursion with the hotel and it was very enjoyable.

This property is a dream! The pool is amazing and all of the gazebo make it magic! The pool bar is also a nice experience. The beach is very beautiful walkable and quiet. The staff is lovely and always ready to help. We had to change duvet due to an allergy and in ten minutes they managed to change the beddings. Overall an incredible experience!

This resort is a 10/5 stars. They went above and beyond with a particular incident when we were guests. My jowa lost her phone on the public beach located near the resort and the resort staff did everything they can to assist us. When we brought up the lost phone to staff, they immediately went into search mode, reviewed CCTV footage, and called local authorities to assist in finding the lost phone. Turns out, it was stolen and the local police were able to find and retrieve the phone. We were beyond relieved when we realized all the effort that was given to find our missing property. We couldn't thank the staff enough and we would definitely recommend this place. Just don't lose your things as people can and will take them.

The property is very beautiful and you instantly felt very welcomed once you step into the lobby. All the staff were very friendly and the service was excellent. The only down side is that they only have one restaurant on the property, but they did have a good selection of food to choose from when you eat there. We stayed in the room on the ground floor that had the pool view and it was worth it, we had easy access to the big and massive pool and made it easier for us to go in and out of our rooms. I would highly recommend staying here if you ever visit Puerto Princesa, the property is beautiful, it feels very relaxing and private away from the city, if that’s what you are looking for and the plus side the property is a less than 10 minute walk to the wharf that takes you to the Underground River!
