Good overall. Food was hit and missed. Some was really good, some was quite salty. Did not like the “ not bringing food outside of restaurant” policy as one of our kids did not feel well and couldn’t come down to eat but bringing food out was not allowed.

The resort itself and pools were absolutely fantastic! Drinks were served fast at the bars and the staff was always friendly and welcoming. The beach was beautiful but my fiancé got eaten alive by sand fleas. And our second day there someone told us they got food poisoning so we stayed away from the food completely. Ended up going to Walmart and getting groceries and a hot water warmer and just ate in our room the whole time. Didn’t feel suuuper safe outside of the resort so we pretty much stayed there the whole time.

The concierge and the lady who books excursions could be more polite and the lady who books excursions could also be more helpful on giving important info. Like bringing drivers license was needed for our excursion we took. Resort was clean. My family enjoyed the stay. Shows were ok. It would be more considerate if they dressed more family friendly. The food was very mediocre.The tacos for lunch were something I enjoyed. Cesar in the premium lounge was great.

I really love the area and hotel is gorgeous. The ala cart restaurants were great, but they only give you two for a four day stay, There’s only one option for breakfast “the buffet” and I was not able to make that work. But I’m a bit of a food snob I guess. The highlight of my stay was taking a boat tour from a private fellow by the name of Gabe. He took me and my two kids just around the corner to Los Arcos for an hour or so to snorkel, he was diving deep down and flipping over rocks and bringing up the coolest sea life for us to look at, then taking it back and placing it under the same rock. Quite the experience. He then took us down to “las Animas” the most gorgeous beach about 15 minutes south, an we ate at a restraint called Jorge’s. It was unreal! And we ate and drank right on the beach in our bare feet. Gabe told us to take all the time we needed. It was definitely our best day in Mexico and I would highly recommend tracking down Gabe, he gave us a great deal, we had the boat to ourselves, and he made the experience so amazing.

The property was incredibly beautiful and clean. The staff was wonderful and attentive. The food was plentiful, just very basic with not much variety. It felt like high school cafeteria food.

We loved everything about the hotel! The pools were fantastic, and the bellboy service was excellent. The specialty restaurants — Italian, Spanish, Japanese, and the steakhouse — served amazing food. The only downside was the room service. We ordered a couple of times and had to wait for hours each time.
