everything was great, the food never disappointed us, our room and so spacious and clean, the staff was alway on a good mood especially the bartenders at the pool !

This was our favorite appetizer at the Japanese restaurant Kyoto
Shrimp salad !

Really a 3-star property on a good day. Rooms are dated, food is dreadful, front desk staff incredibly rude. About an hour drive from the airport so Makes day tripping into town challenging. Nice pool areas.

Stayed here for 7 nights with family in presidential suite. Room was nice but out dated: Staff was nice but nothing exceptional about the customer service. Beach front property with a nice private beach. Pools are nice. THE FOOD…. now the food needs lots of improvement, LIKE MAJOR IMPROVEMENT!!! Buffet was horrible!! We tried all 4 of the restaurants and the only decent one was the Italian restaurant. Customer service at the restaurants was good and presentation was good but the food taste was below average, 2 Stars on food taste.

The location is wonderful but the resort is not great. Poor food handling practices gave all members of our party terrible guts throughout the trip. Staff seem disengaged and robotic, there's no energy or soul here at all. One of our rooms had no hot water and they refused to assign a new room. Will not be returning.

Overall, this stay was nice. The room was great, it was clean, welcome champagne & snacks were sweet. Generally, everyone was pretty nice. We did have an encounter with an extremely rude staff member that made my heart a little sad. This was my mom‘s first time at an all-inclusive and I was trying to show her how awesome it was. One of the nights, Friday November 28th 2025 at Capri, we were treated ruder than we’ve ever been treated at an all-inclusive resort, and I have been too many. I just couldn’t believe it. My son was a little late to dinner and she threw an absolute fit, even though I knew what he wanted to drink and what he wanted to order for food. It wouldn’t have held up the table at all & there were many other tables open & available at this time in the restaurant. She spoke down to us and I still am shocked by the rudeness. My mom had actually arrived to our reservation early, with my brother and Nephew, and they misunderstood the dress code and didn’t realize the boys had to be in pants. They sat out there waiting for 15 minutes for us to get there and the hostess who had clearly looked them over, didn’t even tell them that the boys needed to be wearing pants. She waited until she was ready to seat us (after her rude fit towards us) and then looked at them and said they can’t come in with shorts. Just sad. Food was good, though. I did miss pool side food service, and beach food, & drink service. But like I said, we had a nice time overall.

We loved the jungle scenery in the back ground all around the resort. Beach was nice, but it was small. But we knew that booking the resort. Food was mediocre. The restaurants were nice but the only buffet was limited and not anything to write home about. It says mismaloya is 17km outside of PV which it is but the road is windy so if you’re looking to go into PV a lot it’s quite the drive. Almost an hour to the airport. The swim up bar was in the kids pool for some reason seemed kinda backwards. Overall we had a nice stay but because of location and mediocre food we’ll probably stay back in Bucerias/PV area

The room was spacious and although it is an older resort it is kept clean. We did notice tiny ants in our room. Do not leave any food out. The resort is geared towards Canadians and Europeans. Even though we are in Mexico, the music and entertainment is mainly in English. I enjoy visiting different countries to enjoy the culture (cuisine, music, language, customs, etc). I was extremely surprised at the lack of joy and customer service. This is the first resort in Mexico where the employees do not smile nor go out of their way to provide the best service. I travel at least twice a year and Mexico is known for the best customer service. I will not be recommending this resort to friends and family. The food was good. I would be cautious with food that has been obviously sitting out all day (snack area at the bar).

This place was amazing. Rooms were clean and very spacious. Loved the den like area that had a twin day bed with a pullout. There was a coffee maker, a housecoat two pairs of slippers that came in handy. Loved the bathroom with its big shower and the vanity close up mirror with lights.
