Rannalla oleva rauha ja kauniit näkymät Banderas-lahdelle ja Puerto Vallartaan

Huoneisto sijaitsee nk. South Shore. Tämä alue on rauhallinen ja tuntuu yksinäisyydeltä, mutta on kuitenkin lähellä keskustaa ja kaikkea mitä on tarjota, noin 10 minuutin ajomatkan päässä. Lähinnä asuinalueita, laajat näkymät lahdelle, rehevä viidakon tausta ja rauha ovat kaikki, mistä on kysymys.
Kiinteistö sijaitsee aivan rannalla Playas Gemelasissa, kätkeytyneenä Sierra Madren vuoristoon kauniilla, vihreällä trooppisella metsän kasvillisuudella. Se on rakennettu tyypilliseen Puerto Vallarta vanhaan tyyliin, eikä koskaan saa unohtaa, että olet kauniissa meksikolaisessa Gold Coastissamme.

Duarq-arkkitehtitoimisto on kokonaan kunnostanut huoneiston. Kirkko-meksikolais-nykyaikainen, mutta viihtyisästi sisustettu huoneisto on kaksi kerrosta ja jaoteltu viisaasti. Pääkerroksessa on täysi kylpyamme, täysin varustettu keittiö sekä oleskelu- ja ruokailutila, jossa on parveke. Toisessa kerroksessa on kaksi isäntäsviittiä, joissa molemmissa täysi kylpyamme. Yksi parivuode ja parveke, toisessa kaksi parivuodetta.
Tämä huoneistohotelli sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Esmereldan ranta. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa asiakkaille esimerkiksi pyykinpesutilat. Huoneistossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön esimerkiksi ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

Super wonderful stay at our favorite beach in Puerto Vallarta

We had a great stay. Our host was great and very responsive. This is our second time at this beach. We just love it. The local beach restaurant is also wonderful with excellent staff.

Beautiful Location

Condominios Girasol Sur has absolutely fantastic views. The balcony off the living area and off the master bedroom offer panoramic views of the ocean. We saw so many whales it was incredible! We were here for a wedding about a half mile away so it was a perfect location for us. We did not use the kitchen so I can’t comment on it but the cupboards and drawers appeared to be well stocked. It was very convenient having three bathrooms as there were four of us in the condo. The back bedroom doesn’t have the greatest airflow but it didn’t bother my daughter, so that was fine. The staff was delightful and were very helpful with taxis and answering other questions. The host is very responsive.

Perfect ocean side vacation

My wife and I just concluded a weeks stay at Girasol Sur and really enjoyed our stay! Nice accommodations with an amazing view! Would love to come back someday for a longer stay. Only slight negative is the loud music from the neighboring hotel. But definitely not a deal breaker.

Beautiful Condo, Fantastic Location!

This was our first time in Puerto Vallarta, and Mexico and we could not have picked a better location. The 6th floor condo is beautifully maintained with panoramic views of the Bay of Banderas and Los Arcos. The two beaches on either side have clear warm water, and the restaurant in the building has such amazing food! Our family had a fun filled and memorable vacation. The host Mary was incredibly responsive to all our questions made sure everything was perfect. We will definitely be back!

Puerto Vallarta, best stay so far

We stayed in a beautiful part of Puerto Vallarta- older area but quiet, relaxing and staff are so pleasant and helpful. The 2 bedroom condo had upstairs and downstairs with plenty of space- best place here in these condos so far!! We have stayed here 7-8 x’s. Bus is a cheap ride $1.50 for both of us and a taxi is $10 to go into town. Check out Youtube for things and places to go eat in town; you won’t be disappointed.

Paradise in PV

Simply paradise in PV. Everything in the condo was just like in the pictures and everything worked. Mary was a super helpful host and always communicating with us to see how we were doing. The views were breathtaking and our stay there was wonderful. The restaurant by the pool served excellent food and the staff were the best in PV. We ate there often and every meal was excellent. Also the store on premise had everything that we needed. Also the staff at the front desk were always super helpful and friendly. We stayed there for the month of February 2024 and we would go back again.

Perfect stay!

This is our second time staying here, and we can’t wait to come back. The apartment is beautiful, the property is impeccably maintained, and the condo staff are very friendly. Mary and Nick are very responsive and helpful with all requests. Even nature provided great entertainment from the balcony - humpbacks, turtles, dolphins and rays!

Great location and facility

Overall very impressed with the unit and communication as well as most amendities at this location. Our only complaint was that the dinners are the on site restaurant was just ok. We only ate there for one dinner but found breakfast and pool snacks to be great and great service. More dinner options would be best. Beach was great to swim at as well as the pool. Would stay here again. It is worth noting like others have it is a bit out of town but Uber was usually available and don't be afraid of the bus for a lower cost fair to get you into town. When Uber was a long wait, we just stood in front of the condo's and grabbed a bus which usually came within 10-15 minutes. Great little grocery store on site for basic needs as well as laundry. I would not recommend this site for elderly people as the stairs up to the bedrooms are fairly steep. Doable if careful but still be aware.

AMAZING PROPERTY AND WONDERFUL HOST!

If you need to stay at a quiet breathtakimg viewed condo, this is the one! The waters are the most beautiful in PV and Maria provided toys for the kids to play with! Maria was a wonderful host and very informative! She knew all the neat restraunts and things to do in PV. While there were a few hiccups in the unit, Maria was on it immediately and we got it figured out promptly. We saw whales from our balcony and the place was cleam and had everything you need to cook amd clean. Thanks Maria you were a joy to deal with! Natalie amd Foss family

Great Time

The property was great! Very clean and everyone was so friendly. The pool was clean. The condo was spotless and comfortable. The owners were THE BEST and friendly. The grill was tasty and tge on site store was very reasonable.

Girasol Sur was an ideal location, and everyone who works there is extraordinarily nice. The condominium in particular was beautifully appointed. The beds are amazing! The view spectacular. And the hosts were so helpful. They left detailed information for us and even helped us find a good spear fishing guide! The stay couldn’t have been better.

Lovely property. Right overlooking ocean. We were able to see the whales swim past! Beach is literally outside the door, condos were clean, pool was great. It was a quick trip into town for dinner, entertainment, etc. Would totally recommend this property!

Solo Trip

This was about my tenth trip to Mexico but the first going by myself. Don’t forget your earphones - the hotel next door had to be the noisiest of all times! Otherwise the property was very chill and well maintained.

Very nice place, great view, quiet, clean and roomy

We enjoyed our stay very much, the condo itself was very comfortable. Two full size balconys over looking the pool/ ocean. Great to sleep and wake up to the sound of the ocean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The pool and beach areas were very nice. The building itself is old, the elevators were down, used the service elevator during our stay. Highly recommend the Condo itself, the beach, pool area and staff.
