Canto de Sol provided everything we needed for our spring break. We had unlimited drinks, food and services. Staffs were all friendly and helpful whenever we needed help. I would come back to this property and recommend to friends and family. Property was located close to a bus stop so it was real easy for bus transportation into Centro PV.

It is not a huge resort and that gave it a special charm. Staff is very nice and accommodating.

Staff were excellent!!! The drinks could have been better. We ended up buying our own and drinking it there. The beds were super old and sunken in, unlike my previous experience when I stayed at the Mountain side. Overall it was decent.

The front desk staff was not helpful. I had to call Expedia to sort my issue out. The Expedia rep got us in contact with Cristobal who was excellent. The front desk refuse to listen to us. Make the tone of the stay not good to start with. The properity was very clean. The servers were excellent. Asked for a 12 pm check out, was flat out old no by the front desk.

Hotel was very clean and just right for my family. While we had beach access the rough waves and rocks made it impossible to use. The daily food menu wasn’t as varied as I would had hoped while the specialty restaurants were fantastic. I was unable to upgrade as the room they offered for vip upgrade was for 2 people and we were 4. Overall, the hotel is accommodating, lots of pool games and has a close location by taxi to el malecón (boardwalk). Staff were very attentive and welcoming.

The staff were very friendly. Buffet was a bit blah. I've had better, but it could been worse. The beds i have to say for us were way too hard. That is our preference though. Some people might like that. The pool chairs we found quite uncomfortable. It was a clean hotel. And staff are friendly. Not sure if i would stay there again.

The location of the property is really good- very close to the beach and in the heart of the city, but the food could have been better. I have been doing all inclusive vacations for years now and this was the worst food ever( buffet) the speciality restaurants were great though.!! Just a friendly suggestion- make sure to get reservations for speciality restaurants as soon as you arrive cuz spots get up pretty fast. Staff was great and drinks were great.!!! All in all it was a good vacation for the price we paid, but the buffet could have been better.!!!
