We had the absolute best time at Casa Dona Susana! We wanted a week away with no kiddos so chose this location due to its adult only and it was wonderful. We did all inclusive which was perfect and everything that was included was well worth the price. Staff were so friendly and the entire location was clean and safe. We WILL BE BACK! Excited to bring our kids to the sister resort where they have suites for families. We LOVED the location and it made this trip magical.

We loved Casa Dona Susana! Would definitely stay again. Loved the access to Los Arcos all inclusive and the ability to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go. Staff were kind, attentive and went above and beyond. Felt safe and comfortable for our entire stay. There’s some construction going on around the area and near the pool but it didn’t intrude on our peaceful vacation at all!

This property is in a great location. Close to many little good restaurants and bars! And only a block away from the beach. The hotel is an older but very nice and super clean one. The pool area is also great and very relaxing. Some rooms are a bit on the smaller side so just make sure you book the correct one! Overall great place to stay at with a super friendly staff!!

Location was great however the “all inclusive” option was quite strange, you needed to walk to its sister hotel down the street for meals. Room was also small and dark. Best part was the very quiet rooftop pool.

Convenient and Economical

Great hotel with a super breakfast buffet at the sister hotel Los Arcos a short block away. That dining area overlooks the beach. Breakfasts are served until noon which works great for late risers! The swimming pool is small on the roof top but that area is also quiet and has a bar area. There are views of the coastline to the north. The room had a comfortable king sized bed. A negative is the very narrow bathroom that is a step up from the bedroom and is difficult for two people to be in there at the same time. All said, we would return there for this economical convenience to the area which is known for the food, shops, and beach.

Great central location in the romantic zone close to dining and shopping. The pool area was quiet and beautifully maintained with ample lounge chairs. The pool lounge was open during the day to order drinks and food. My room was very basic with no real windows to see outside unless you opened the curtained window to the courtyard which allowed everyone to see directly into the room. The courtyard seemed to amplify sound into the room, so it got noisy at times. There was only a table with two wood chairs for seating. I would definitely get an upgraded room if I were to stay again.
