I enjoyed my stay here. The staff were very friendly and always so helpful. They were always on top of it. I just didn’t like the buffet was outside and birds were eating out of the pans laid out for guests. Not very sanitary.

A great resort for the money. This our 3rd visit. At times service was slow. Perhaps making a self-service mimosa bar at breakfast would help. There seemed to be some disorganization at some of the alacarte restaurants. Sometimes we'd be eating our appetizer before getting a glass i of wine. The Italian had the best service by far. All the restaurants had excellent food with the eception of Savadores.

Stuff was very nice and helpful, very organize, they stopped right away any trouble. It was little dirty resort and outdated. Also, we booked beachfront room, but they put us first 2 nights on ground level and we were looking at some lounge chairs, bar was in front our view and 2 hammocks were just in front our balcony. Very uncomfortable, plus towel stand was on the other side and people were walking non stop by our room. In my opinion, rooms on ground level should be cheaper then on higher floors or shouldn`t be consider ocean view, because you don`t see much of ocean from that level. Later they moved us on 5th level, what was TOTALY deferent.

Staff was amazing. Food sucked. If u like Mexican food everyday. Fine. You will love this place. If not everyday? Your Doomed. Ocean Front is a Mildew smelling 40 year old Joke. Sofas in lobby looked like the ones you would find only in a Homeless camp. 9 days I was there. And the only thing I enjoyed was the staff. DO NOT GET SUCKERED INTO THE OCEAN FRONT. Motel 6 is 5 stars compared to this!! The Family side was decent. Adult side...DONT DO IT!!

The staff members are what made the trip good. There are pool and other activities that you can participate in. Food at the restaurants was good as was the buffet however it would be better if the selections varied from day to day. The surrounding area had little shops and a local restaurant to walk to. The daily drink specials were good. This is an older property that they are working on. It’s not 5 star but you’re not paying 5 star prices. Housekeeping services were great daily. Even though it’s an all inclusive property it’s important and appreciated to tip your servers and housekeeping, they work very hard.
