Vista Romantical Studio Penhouse is on the top floor of Pacifica condominium - a newly built and highly sought after building - and only a few steps away from Los Muertos beach, the malecón (boardwalk) and some of the best restaurants and galleries in Puerto Vallarta.

Vista Romantica Studio Penhouse is decorated in a contemporary Mexican style and is fully equipped with a designer kitchen, dishwasher, washer and dryer, a flat screen television, recessed lighting and a zoned air conditioning system. The studio has fantastic mountain views which are accentuated by high ceilings. There is an exterior terrace furnished with a table and sofa where guests can take in the views while enjoying a meal or a glass of wine.

The Penhouse features stunning views, a heated swimming pool, a BBQ area and gym. I can help you arrange tours and give you local tips so you enjoyed Vallarta as a local!

Cute, easy and super clean condo in the heart of it all.

We love this location. The building and its ammentites were great, located right on restaurant row and one block to the beach area. The condo was super cute, clean and very easy to stay in for our trip.
