The property was very clean. The hospitality was amazing! There were options to dine indoors or outdoors with a variety of food options of cuisines from around the world. Every day the me u for Don Rafael was different and delicious. Fresh fruit omg! Food was available throughout the day. The hotel gave a grand ambiance for your social media esthetics if you like to create content or scrapbook. As you walk into the lobby you can feel the tropical breeze from the foyer which leads from the front of the hotel to the back with a great view of the ocean. My room was located in the center of the hotel with a great ocean view. I had one of the best spa experiences ever! The staff were very helpful and kind. Eveyone engaged with a smile and warm greeting. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its customer service, location, and dining options. If you plan to go to the steak house be surr to go exactly at 6pm because they stay booked and busy. I cant wait to visit another one of their properties. The all inclusive booking helped me save a lot of money.

The buffet was the same for breakfast and lunch. And the food had a funky taste lol all of it.

Property is old and outdated m. All sheets were stained. Towels were brown so couldn’t tell if they were clean. Pool towels were limited to one person. Beach and ocean water had horse poop lying around. Best thing was the entertainment and staff. Clientele was pretty poor. I would pay more to go to a more upscale place.

Lots of daily activities. Pool is very warm. Lots of food options and buffet is open until 1030pm. Price is reasonable for this large resort.

My only issue i had was that whatever wax they used to clean the floors stuck to my shoes and sandals and made the long walks just a little challenging.

Loved the hospitality and cleanliness of the facility! Would definitely book with them again. Only annoying thing was the shuttle from airport was not provided have to book uber back and forth
