Bad experience. They gave $500 credit but there is no way to use it. You can only use it in Spa, but only 15% of the listed price at a time. So you have to spend more than $5000 in Spa to use $500 credit. I am not sure who would go that

I did like the fact there is so many options. The food was good lots of choices. Steakhouse was crazy hott 🔥. Staff and service was great class act. Very friendly and was a pleasure to be there. I made so many memories and great friends at the Riu Vallarta. Even had a perfessional photoshoot. I will return hopefully within the year. Don't forget to tip because free service is ok service.
