The Alejandro room is beautiful and spacious! Was even better than the pictures! We enjoyed everything about it, from check in to check out the staff were above and beyond helpful. The rooftop pool was ours to ourselves three times in two nights stay. We are definitely going to stay here again :)

The staff is excellent. The rooms are lovely (we’ve stayed here twice). The location is fabulous - quiet and charming. Lovely rooftop pool / bar where the delightful Jesus tends bar. Highly recommended if you’re looking for something other than a boring resort.

Front desk and all the staff were amazing.My room was out of this world going back in time.I was in awe looking at my chandelier,fireplace along with the claw foot bathtub.I used the 7th floor pool which had amazing views of the city and wonderful bartender and drinks.Breakfast was great on the 2nd floor along with decorated room with a site to be hold! Felt like a king..

Fun hotel. No fuss, good for independent travelers. I loved being by the river. It made for cool and shady walks. Loads of good restaurants all around. One 5 star a few paces from the hotel.

We stayed here for a week in late October. The property is clean and well-maintained. Everything you could want is within walking distance, and other things are an Uber ride away. Jesús was an awesome bartender at the rooftop pool/bar. Javier and Iván took good care of us when we arrived. The rooms are painted in vibrant colors, and the bed was comfortable. The lobby has 2 cats that I loved to see every morning. When we come to Puerto Vallarta again, we’ll make every effort to stay at this hotel. 10/10 property

We stayed in the Carlotta. This is a ground level suite. The set up was perfect for a family. Air conditioning worked amazingly for how hot it was. Our room was always cleaned impeccably and we were provided with fresh linen and towels daily. Only note is you will hear outside noise and noise from above rooms occasionally, however it didn’t bother any of us. Really loved the location! Walkable to many different places for food and drink and to the beach. Easy to catch an uber for further excursions. Would totally recommend and can’t wait to stay in the others suites!

Hot tub broken which was the primary reason i choose hotel...Javier fat the front desk was great+++ but didnt get a warm fuzzy feeling from other staff members...breakfast was made on a hot plate...bar food in a toaster oven...bar on roof top very limited and drinks not great...i dont recommend this place...
