Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Came to the hotel room we checked in we booked a family room and we went to our room see that the top bunk was full of hair was dusty and dirty there excuses was that it was a free bed when it wasnât and it was booked for 4 people and how there hotel only had one cleaner. Then found a cockroach on the bed and had been moved to another room and soon as we went in the other room it had a very bad toilet smell and not only that on last day faced verbal aggressive abuse from a cleaner he rushed downstairs to the lobby and was shouting in my friends face in French saying the room was left dirty apparently just as there was a hanger and a few wrappers on the desk and a broken charging lead on the floor and towels which had been used left on one side of the corner of the bathroom as people normally do. It was like he had expected us to to have done the full room cleaning for him seems like he was taking out his hotels under staffed issue out of us never in my life had we been spoken to like that.
