Clean and spacious

Very responsive hosts and plenty of space to unwind in at the end of the day. The house was also very clean and well equipped. The beds are quite firm so if you are used to a western style mattress you may find them a little hard.

Holiday for five friends

We had a pleasant stay. Claudia, standing in for Daniela, took excellent care of us and was always available. Check-in was also excellent, despite the flight's delay. In itself, a solid property where you can spend your holiday in peace and quiet and also offers enough space for a larger travel group. However, we strongly recommend a rental car for the duration of your stay to visit beaches and for bigger groceries.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Es ist eine Doppelhaushälfte in einem gewachsen Wohngebiet. Es gibt eine Terrasse und ein kleinen Garten mit Bäumen. Bisschen wenig freie Flächen. Das Haus ist schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, aber gut eingerichtet und sauber. Man fühlt sich schnell wie zu Hause. Ein wenig verbesserungswürdig sind die Matratzen, wir schlafen auf recht festen Matratzen, aber diese waren echt zu hart und nicht bequem. Dort besteht Hanflungsbedarf. Ein wenig nervig sind auch die Hunde der Nachbarn. Wir haben uns um eine süße Katze gekümmert, die vom ersten Tag auf unserer Terrasse wohnte. Da wir selbst eine haben, war das für uns eher schön. Wir waren wir sehr zufrieden und können die Wohnung weiterempfehlen.

Grande e ben attrezzata!

Siamo stati molto bene, in casa non manca nulla, c’è perfino la doccia calda in giardino! Con il caldo che abbiano avuto è stato molto importante avere l’aria condizionata nelle camere da letto. Le spiagge più belle di trovano verso Chia ma anche per quelle di Pula è necessario avere un’auto a disposizione. In casa c’è tanto spazio per tutti, adulti e bambini è una grande cucina ben attrezzata, abbiamo anche usato il forno !!

Prima Unterkunft zu vernünftigem Preis

Wir waren über 3 Wochen im Haus. Daniela hat uns sofort freundlich empfangen mit einer Schale frischem Obst und kühlen Getränken - Danke dafür!! Auch zwischendurch hat die Kontaktaufnahme zu Daniela immer gut und schnell geklappt. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist gut. Allerdings fehlten Weingläser ( und das in Italien ), die wir dann aber schnell für kleines Geld gekauft haben, es war wenig Besteck vorhanden ( insbesondere gerade mal 5 Frühstücksmesser ) und die Matratzen in den Betten könnten mal erneuert werden ( die waren sauber aber mittlerweile teilweise sehr durchgelegen ). Wir haben uns aber sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus liegt in einer reinen Wohngegend, die nicht nur als Ferienhäuser vermietet werden - auch das machte den Aufenthalt angenehm - sondern auch von Einheimischen ständig bewohnt werden. Von Nachteil waren aber die Vielzahl der in den bewohnten Häusern vorhandenen Hunde, deren dauerndes Gebell und auch Geheule etwas nervend war ( gerade in den Morgenstunden ). Wir konnten immer auf der Außenterrasse im kleinen und sehr gepflegten Garten frühstücken. Die 2 vorhandenen Küchen sind technisch gut ausgestattet und großzügig mit allem ausgestattet ( außer Besteck ). Die in der Hausbeschreibung genannte "Strandnähe" ist als solche schon sehr optimistisch beschrieben. Bis zum Strand sind es rund 2 KM. Die schöneren Strände liegen in Chia - wir sind diese 19 KM dorthin fast täglich gefahren und der Aufwand lohnt sich wirklich. In das Stadtzentrum von Pula sind es ca 1,5 KM. Es gibt dort eine Vielzahl von tollen Restaurants und Pizzerien - wir haben wirklich immer und überall sehr gut und immer preislich angemessen gegessen. Geschäfte ( Obst/Gemüse, Enoteca, Tabacci und Supermärkte sind ausreichend und gut vorhanden. Ganz besonders sind die vielen guten Bäcker ( supertolle Brötchenvariationen ) und Pastisserien zu erwähnen. Das lohnt sich wirklich. Wir haben das Haus zeitweise mit 6 erwachsenen Personen genutzt. Auch durch die 2 vollständigen Badezimmer ( von denen sich 1 im EG befindet - alle Schlafraume sind im 1. OG ) war dies kein Problem. Als Fazit bleibt festzuhalten, dass das Haus von uns sehr gerne empfohlen wird. Wer hier seinen Urlaub verbringen möchte wird es nicht bereuen. Herzliche Grüße

Large house with a beautiful garden

The house is located right between the beach and the city center of Pula. It's about 5 minutes walk to the main street and about 10 minutes walk to via nora (the one with the umbrellas). The tidy house itself is large, air-conditioned and the newly build kitchen is bright and nice. The garden is beautiful and well equipped with bbq, a blind, a large sun umbrella and an outdoor shower. On the downside there is hardly anything to be found, maybe some wine glasses would be nice :) Overall it was a great stay, the house was cool and our hosts were really kind.
