The holiday flat is located in an apartment building and is functionally furnished. The property is situated in a residential area on the outskirts of the town. The residence is popular also due to its sunny location. For exclusive use are available: terrace and garden furniture. Washing machine available for a fee.

Pula. The holiday apartement is located on a garden plot with flowers, shrubs and trees. The landlord lives in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Access is via a side road (unpaved). Parking is available on the property.
