The studio is located in a terraced house built in 2004, was renovated in 2015 and is practically furnished. The property is situated in a residential area, in the town centre. The residence is popular also because of the view from the property onto the courtyard and its quiet and sunny location. For exclusive use are available: garden furniture.

Punat, district of Punat. The studio is located on an enclosed property, bounded by a fence and a wall. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) on the property and on the street in front of the house. There is an EV charging station in the town (100 m).
