El personal fue muy descortés desde la llegada. Duramos haciendo el check in casi una hora. El personal del bar del lobby fue muy descortés, así como otros a quienes le pedíamos ayuda para orientarnos hacía donde debíamos ir para encontrar el teatro. This property is beautiful and has so much potential, you don’t have to leave the property for nothing, it’s like a little town, it has it all, the food is either pretty good at one restaurant or pretty bad at the other, the buffet food was good overall. The room was clean and beautiful. They need to do a better job with check in because it took for ever and they don’t really keep track of the guest order of arrival at the adults reception it was really bad, also some of the staff were not friendly at all they would pass you by and not even say a word as simple as good morning or good afternoon. Bartenders will take forever to give you one drink and it looked like if they recognized your face or you was getting your second drink they take care of you first. I really recommend for them to implement a system for the adults reception where they can keep track of who came in first or who is next on those busy days, because when I was checking in it was a mess since they didn’t keep track of it and there was a lots of confusion.

It was the first time staying here and it was a wonderful experience! We loved how beautiful and clean it is and I can’t stress enough how wonderful our butler Oliver was! He went above and beyond and every time I return from now on I won’t stay unless he’s my butler!!! Debra with the entertain group was hilarious! All the staff at the restaurants were amazing! I will return to this amazing resort!

The property had rain damage, we had roaches in our room , I think that indoor activities should’ve opened earlier due to the rain so that we would’ve had more to do , the casino opened up almost an hour late and you can’t cash your chips in when they open you have to wait until 730pm when the tables open not when the casino opens. They went a day without cleaning our room at all. The facility was ok, our electrical outlets didn’t work properly none of them. We had to set up things a certain way or move the plug around so that our things can charge. Other than that the staff was good the food was ok and the activities around the facility were good ( when they opened)

Pools were not kept clean. Glasses, trash, water bottles, cigarette butts floating around in the water. Some of the staff was super friendly…but a majority was very rude. Resort is HUGE. No swim up bar here. Not sure how we missed that. While we may come back to Punta Cana…it will not be this resort.

Room service was slow and food was always cold by the time of arrival. Fridge did not cool properly, outlets did not work properly. If you didn’t have a reservation for a restaurant they would not allow you to eat. When towels were requested they never arrived and I was required to get them myself. The food was mediocre at best and I felt as though I wasted a lot of money coming to this resort. Not to mention we have items missing from our room after the room was cleaned. Overall I would not recommend this property.

if I could go back, I wouldn’t choose it again. Don’t get me wrong, the place itself is beautiful. The architecture, the design, and the overall look are stunning — they did a great job with that. But if you’re someone like me who looks for a complete experience, this isn’t the right place. Customer service is hit or miss — some people are kind, others not so much. The crowd is also very mixed. It’s not really an adults-only resort, but it’s not fully family-friendly either. While there are activities for kids, there are also some that are quite inappropriate. For example, the “Perfect Couple” show at night included moments that I would never want my children to see. So, the hotel seems unsure if it wants to cater to families or adults. My room experience was disappointing. When I arrived, the room was dirty. I had to ask for a change, but the new room they offered was in a bad location. I ended up paying for an upgrade just to have a decent stay. The food and drinks were the biggest letdown. My husband got sick the first night, and the drinks were awful. If you don’t pay for the unique wristband, they serve you the lowest quality liquor. I can’t say the hotel is completely bad, but I also can’t say it’s good. Based on the review that made me come here, my reality was far from that. If I can save at least one person from coming here, I will — because overall, it was a very expensive mediocre experience, with terrible food and drinks.
