Enjoyed our stay of 10 days. Only complaint was the mosquitos in the room at night got bites. We were not happy with the view in our first room asked to be changed and they did the next day much happier. The resort area was large and we enjoyed the walk to the tennis courts every day kept us exercised. Food was good 10 restaurants to choose from. We were in adults only which was nice.

This was my second time at Aquamarine. I enjoyed my stay. Had some plumbing issues but didn't stop me from relaxing. I absolutely loved staying in Bahia Principe grand aquamarine. There was so much to do for everyone, lots of food choices and everything was so convenient to get to. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had a great time and would come back again.

I went with me and 8 friends and it was an enjoyable experience. Everything was pretty good. Only concerns was some of the dinners at the restaurants were not that good... and also the language barrier at times was a little difficult however I think that's also on us to be more prepared in Spanish. The desserts at all the restaurants and buffets looked nice but was pretty dry unfortunately. The drinks were really good and staff was always pretty nice to help with stuff. It was easy booking excursions as well. However, the resort itself was amazing to stay at. I think the foam party events were super fun!

3rd stay in Punta Cana. Best food we have had. Nightly à la carte dinners were phenomenal. Room was very far from the beach and was backed to an alley and extremely loud. Customer service was poor at best. Toilet wasn’t working and we called three times. Hot water worked intermittently. TV was out two days (wasn’t important to us). Room service was a charge but a fair amount. Bars were good. Overall if priced right definitely a good place to stay with great food. Get a room not alley facing and get one close to the beach as possible. Room was dated, dingy and needed repairs.

The only part of this trip that I enjoyed was the pool and the drinks other than that everything was an obstacle you can’t go here you can go there because your bracelet is here and there the first one they gave us was without power. The bathroom was dirty. It was not clean and the second bathroom they gave us the second one they gave us The drain was clogged. And then there was no water pressure and once you open the water it was just hot water that will burn your skin. This was my first time going to this hotel resort and it was not a good experience.
