First day of arrival , the tv was not working , the fridge leaked water all over the floor and the safe was broken. My family and I was booked for 6 days , as was told by the resort we were able to join every pool and eat at any restaurant within the resort . Started the first night everyone restaurant was basically booked so most of our trip our only resort was the buffet .

The staff was very helpful. I purchased 2 jr suite. The first room, shower was very dirty and tile had rust. My second room, i paid for 2 double beds and only got one bed. They immediately changed the first room out but i had to wait the second day to get the room with double beds.

Love the resort the food was just ok the pool area was nice but you had to get out early to get a chair people was leaving there towels on chairs for hours without been there and I do mean hours. All around great resort love going there.
