A big complex with various hotels but the Turquesa I am guessing is the cheapest. There were some great service, but at times we had to wait or reorder something three times. Main language is spanish with some english speakers, but not all speak english, nothing wrong with that just pointing out for people that only speak english. The buffet was sok, but food would go cold pretty fast sadly and it was about the same thing every day with a few variety here and there sometimes. The restaurant options were good and I highly recommend Rodrigo Restaurant as one of the option, great food and many different meats. I would recommend to always go with the gran which is their more deluxe one (beside their luxury one)

Overall, this property is great but the rooms do need attention. The mattresses are not comfortable and we had a crib and an extra stow away bed we never asked for or needed so it created cramped quarters. Food was excellent, pool was great, sea was unusable due to seaweed but that’s by no fault of the resort. I’d recommend booking aquamarine or Ambar for a better room and proximity to the beach should the seaweed clear up.

Was not a terrible stay but probably wouldn't go baxk. Some of the staff is extremely rude, the quality of the food wasnt tfat great, not to mention everything.I they served eas cold (really need to invest in some burners) and the mosquitos were s9 bad it made it nearjy impossible to enjoy anything. Hardly any activities/shows for entertainment throughout the day/night. Nothing to eat beside the buffet unless u book at a specialty restaurant and u cant put tissue in the toilets. Nof really what im use to when staying at a resort

This was the worst experience I had so far, staff was angry, it felt that they didn’t want to be there, to make things worst, I had the staff going through the drawers looking for money, according to her, that is a rule imposed by the hotel, and after I inquired about it, it seemed to make everyone angrier, there are cockroaches in the restaurant and the room. Overall I found a very unfriendly place, they need to work on their customers service skills …
