Unfriendly staff from the time we arrived. We were supposed to be VIP club level and did not receive that level of service. Our “butler” was non-existent for most of our stay. The room cleanliness was sub-par. For the price we paid we did not get our money’s worth. We enjoyed Dreams Onyx next door better.

The events were well structured and interactive to allow guests to participate, learn, and enjoy. The facilities need to provide ATMs which dispense USD so guests may purchase items in and outside the resort. In addition, the casino does not have a specified exchange rate, so exchanging local money from the ATM is skeptical as to receiving a valid or trustwprthy exchange of your money. Lastly, security guards that can speak English, as there was an issue I wanted to notify security of and he understood enough to tell me he did not speak English.

This trip was incredible! My friends and I had the best time, coming back to the “real world” is hard. The staff here truly go above & beyond for their guests, many of our laughs involved the staff. We had the opportunity to check out the spa and get massages. Bring your swimsuit and go early to experience the hydro therapy options available before your massage. You don’t pay for services there, but can leave a tip. The room was super clean with housekeeping touch ups every day. These rooms offer full sized beds and only sleep up to three people (which feels weird considering most lodging offers queen sized beds and sleeps up to four). If we needed anything, we could text our concierge or request through the app. The only adjustment I would have liked would have been to add a quantity option to towel requests in the app instead of a free text comment. It seems like it only requests one of each, despite putting a comment to include the quantity, we were only brought one towel. The food was pretty good - yes you can eat whenever you want; any in person dining options took upwards of two hours and we had a hard time getting drinks. We ended up missing some evening activities because dining took too long. The buffet was great! Loved the blends of all sorts of foods available. Definitely consider bringing your own party cup for drinks. As travelers from the US, we didn’t need to worry about the water or bringing a converter for anything we needed to plug in.

The pool was amazing the staff AMAZING as usual! I love how welcoming and friendly everyone is no matter their job title. My concierge Elis was amazing, she checked on us daily and even came to find us at the pool. The food was Chefs Kiss ! Well seasoned!

Entertainment staff, Shantisy (spelling) kept the crowd entertained. This is my second visit to the resort and both times the resort was clean and had lots of options for meals. The crowd is mixed from I’d say late 20s to on up and the mesh is perfect for a vibrant vacation. The vibe was nice. Everyone was friendly and I honestly have no complaints.
