I recently stayed at Breathless Punta Cana and while the resort itself is beautiful, my overall experience was disappointing. The staff were often rude and unhelpful when assistance was needed, which left a negative impression. Housekeeping was inconsistent — our room wasn’t cleaned every day and I had to call the front desk multiple times to request service. The beach was closed for 4 out of the 7 days of our stay, forcing us to use the pool, which was not what we came for. Bar service was extremely slow, with wait times of up to 30 minutes just to get a drink. I had also requested a birthday sign for my door, but it was placed on the wrong room, which was frustrating. Food quality was below expectations, and I unfortunately experienced an upset stomach for three days during my trip. Overall, while the resort itself has potential, the lack of service, organization, and attention to detail made this a disappointing stay.

Very enjoyable trip, one downside was that our room was right near the "party pool", so the music was a bit louder than we would have liked. Next time we go we'll be sure to ask gor a room further away from that pool. Staff was great. Food at the restaurants was pretty good, room service food was ok. Excercusions were fun.

We wait for our bags to be delivered to the rooms never happened, 1 1/2 hours we had to carry them to the room and where left at the entrance unattended. Jacuzzi leaking and they came to fix it three times and still leaking. Told us no leak, we left and come back to the room where the balcony was filled with water from the jacuzzi.
