Property is great. Most of the staff are very nice and helpful. Food is hit or miss. Ignore the sushi stuff it's always hot and humid so eat that at your own risk. Getting the preferred rooms will make the experience so much better. I had some money in my bag in the room and when housekeeping cleaned the room they went thru my bag and took all of the money.

I really enjoyed the entertainment staff who made the stay extra enjoyable. Tairi, Mosquito and Diamond were very joyful and friendly with us and our family. I didn’t receive the room upgrade. The room was so far at the end. A lot of walking around then difficult to find a staff for help. I asked for late check out but the response was if available will be extra charge. Other hotels 🏨 are more flexible.
