Our 3 bedroom villa offers the perfect space for families, groups of friends or couples looking for an unforgettable getaway in Punta Cana. NOTE: Electricity included (25kwh daily included) ARE NOT ALLOWED: 1-PARTIES 2-PETS 3-SMOKING INSIDE.

You'll have easy access to the social area where the pool is located, and you can also reach all the area's attractions in just 5 minutes by car. Important: You have 25kWh of electricity per day. If you exceed the included kWh, you will be charged additionally at the end of your stay. Each kWh costs 20 Dominican pesos. Below are some tips and recommendations to avoid high consumption: * Close doors and windows when using the air conditioning and keep the unit at a temperature of 21°C. * Turn off the air conditioners when not in the villa.
