The food at the al la carte restaurants is absolutely terrible. The steak was some the worst food I have encountered. The seafood restaurant was lackluster. The Indian restaurant lamb disk was good and the desserts were good. Rice tasted stale and the Naan not fully baked. The buffet food was decent. The facility was clean. The cocktails are straight up horrible not sure some of the bartenders knew how to make the drinks. The beach was beautiful, perfectly white sand and plenty of seating.

I stayed there for 5 night and everything was great. Only thing was there were people inside tge resort trying to sell you things while inside the resort. It felt like a constant haggle. Food was okay. The beach was beautiful.

The resort is beautiful. I loved the nature, and the animals living in it. The beach, is definitely the best any resort in that area has in my opinion. The staff is amazing if you are platinum, which we were. Platinum reception helped us with all of our specific, and unique issues. The staff at the front desk reception however did not seem eager to help, or understand us. The food was PHENOMENAL! The platinum dinner, had the best food of my life. La Hispinola was the best buffet by far, as it has 3 grill stations for breakfast lunch and dinner. Jose Luis, the bartender of PBG pool, was amazing. He celebrated my girlfriend’s birthday, for all 7 days of our stay! He is very helpful with his knowledge of the resort as well. He was our favorite staff to see, and talk with! He makes your stay special and goes above and beyond. Danny from platinum concierge, was so helpful with a unique situation we had with our taxi service issues. He helped us when front desk would not. I could not thank him enough. Orlando, who worked at PBG grill, and served us at the platinum dinner, went above and beyond to cater to us. He will help you with anything you need. Alexandria, brought us fresh towels to our room often and, Wanda cleaned our room well. Now to my only issues with the resort. It took us 2 days to understand bow the trolley or trains worked and the harassment from vendors on the beach. Avoid the beach beds if you are platinum. The vendors harass you every 4 minutes. Some don' take“NO”

This resort was amazing! The food is great. The attention and hospitality of the staff was excellent. It’s a kid friendly resort and adult friendly because it’s separated which I enjoyed. The only thing I did not like was the drink even a soda tasted super water down! But besides that everything else was amazing, definitely coming back!
