This Resort was more than great. it meet all the expectations. relaxing, divided by group. great food. animals lovers: there are many birds to enjoy and turtle in the garden. there was some mosquito close to those garden at night so, need mosquito repellent to help.

The food was not good. The hotel staff were very rude. My friends room was leaking from the ceiling and they never compensated or moved them out the room. If you didn’t make reservations prior to the trip you won’t be able to get in at any of the sit down restaurants. You will be forced to eat buffet everyday and bar food. The shuttle cart drivers are rude. They will ride past and act like they don’t see you. As soon as you leave off the property there is crime and a club by the casino. Doesn’t look to safe. I had a premium princess room which was the top tier.

The resort itself is huge. You have to get taken everywhere in this resort you cannot walk anywhere unless you’re prepared to. ( Especially not in heels ). The food is disgusting. Inedible we were so hungry the entire trip. There was black mold on the beds as well. Do not stay here. The employees never wanted to help and never felt like working. We paid them extra money for decor but did not even finish the job. I was so disappointed in this place Tiktok lied.

We payed the platinum rooms and it was really good. The regular dining area was always very crowded but the platinum dining areas were really great. Staff was super friendly
