I did not like how long it took to check in and the limited communication from staff. I prepaid and it still took over 2 hours to get checked in. The refrigerators in the rooms are not cold. There is no ice available nearby. Half of the elevators did not work and I was on the 5th floor. The staffing was not nice in my opinion other than the buffet and one bar. The customer service was not what I expected. Its all inclusive for certain wrist band color. I had the silver so I was not allowed to the all adult pool. The pools close at 6pm which is too early. Especially since the beach is covered in seaweed. I personally would not stay at this resort again.

Pros: water park for kids! This area had this really nice "spongey" flooring (and anti-slip) which was lovely. Waterparks can really hurt my bare feet after a while, but this was so nice. The pools were very nice too. The restaurant "Mareas" and "La Boheme" were the best. We really liked the room and the patio. Never felt busy and you can find a chair. The grounds are gorg! Cons: If you have mobility issues - this is NOT your resort. It. Is. HUGE. I think the water park is at least a quarter mile to the pool. There seems to be only one towel service at the pool, so if you go to the water park thinking there will be towels there - you have to walk a half a mile back. The ice cream store (included) is the furthest point away. Collectively, most staff were not very friendly. We found about 6 employees we LOVED. We went out of our way to try our best to speak Spanish and use Google Translate, but a lot of times we would go up to someone for a drink or ice cream and wouldn't be greeted. (We are used to RC cruises staff who are all amazing!) Unless you want to drop your kids off at the kids club (we did not), there aren't kids activities. The shows are LATE (10pm), so we didn't get to stay up at all for them. If you have food allergies (our child does), not much is labeled at all. We had a few scares. We used google translate to ask a wait staff if something had nuts in it and he brought us back a bowl of walnuts. Not a 5 star resort.

El hotel es hermoso . La atención horrible , desde un check in horrible , la actitud de los empleados era como si no le interesara nada y les diera lo mismo . Así fue en cada lugar q fuimos , no nos hicieron sentir bienvenidos , era como q no les interesaba ni tan siquiera en los bars . El primer día fuimos y no pudimos obtener reservación para cenar solo el último día en el Italian , como una semana paga y no pudimos comer en ningún restaurant solo el buffet q no tiene variedad ninguna . No lo recomiendo ni pienso regresar .

My family and I enjoyed every single moment of our vacation together except for the languages barrier was a bit of trouble, even at the airport, one immigrant official told us he doesn’t speak English.which I find that really annoying. Anyway the hotel was very clean and the food was great. We make the best of it.

I was very disappointed at check -in. It was my first time at this resort in Punta Cana. I have been to many resorts in Punta Cana and did not feel welcomed upon check in. I felt rushed and details about the hotel were not explained in detail of how to get around the property. This property is beautiful and huge but did not get the welcome treatment that Punta Cana resorts are know for.

Property was beautiful, but service was lacking. Food was mediocre. Drinks were great. I was charged for the wine bottle that I did not drink in front desk was not helpful to remove the charges. We also requested rooms next to each other since we are family together, traveling, and front desk was not accommodating any request. We had a concierge service with Jimmy. He was great.
