There is good services. The breakfast and the lunch buffet is excellent, the best. I do not like that they do not have the sign for Not disturb. You need to request. I requested 2 time and but I did not not receive it. The sign should be in the door without request it. The services in t French restaurant is slow and the food was cool and the waiver drinks with customer. Not professional. The others restaurants good services expect the French. The Rancho Has the best manager. She is really good and their waiters. The infinity pool is beautiful. The best

We loved everything about the resort it was always clean and the food was great. Some of the workers weren't very pleasant but it wasnt anything that would make me not want to come back. The bowling alley could us some ac, it was a bit uncomfortable in there. I did get really sick after eating at the Asian restaurant but the other restaurants were so amazing. I'd definitely recommend this resort to anyone. Thank you for the wonderful experience ❤️

Overall the property was beautiful and there was a variety of things we could do. The only problem was the constant maintenance we had to do in our room. The showers were constantly clogged and the water overflowed in our room. I made them aware of this issue and thought they had fixed it the first night but it kept happening.

I have a long laundry list with this place! CHECK IN: takes forever! Only two people working for such a huge hotel! The rooms are not ready in time so they made us wait! FOOD: mostly bad, the buffets look like there are options but it is all mostly meh and not enough fesh options. The restaurants were largly dissapointing as well. When you order catch of the day at a Mediterranean restaurant you don't expect a piece of unidentifiable deep fried fish. BEACH: the beach is beautiful but no drink service on the beach POOLS: there was a PIECE OF POOP in the main pool one day, the lifeguard saw it, laughed at it and DID NOTHING! We obviously got out of the pool thinking they will clean it up. Went back at 10 pm and it was STILL THERE! Took pics, sent them to the front desk, they told me it was a rock. Because we clearly can't tell the difference SERVICE: mostly bad. Everyone looks like they can't be bothered. The bartenders look annoyed when you order drinks from them, tipping didn't seem to make a difference, they still looked annoyed. We sat at a pool bar at night just enjoying the night and having a drink. The bartenders cleared the bar at closing time as fast as they could, no last call, nothing. ROOMS: there is no bathroom privacy in the room! The toilet has a PARTITION! So everyone in the room can hear/smell/partially see you through that partition! Nowhere to dress in private. Our expensive swim up rooms faced the back delivery alley with an ugly fence!

Property was beautiful. However, beach had so much seaweed and a foul smell from all of the boats in the water that it was unusable. Also, the food could’ve been better. We dined in four of the restaurants, in each there were only one to two options on the menu that we liked.
