There was plenty of chairs to lounge in bye the pool and on the beach. The resort is much bigger in person than I expected , the food was good and the drinks were great! We’re just mad that we didn’t stay an extra day or 2 so that we could enjoy all the amenities!

All the staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful. I love that everything was on the resort app. It was so easy to make reservations for the specialty restaurants. My favorites were the hibachi and Italian.

El hotel es muy hermoso, la comida es variada sin embargo con poca calidad es muy mala, los empleados son de lo peor empezando en el check in quien nos atendió nos hizo el check in incompleto tuvo que venir otra a terminarlo porque ni el número de habitación nos dio el anterior, así mismo los dejas empleados del bar y restaurantes tratan a uno horrible y son muy maleducados no tienen servicio.

Everything was cleaned, safe and fantastic stuff service. The only thing that i was not happy about was the beach being in a kind of a bay area. Not much weaves at the beach. We will come back in the near future. Highly recommended for all !

Pool and beach area were beautiful. Grounds are pretty especially at night. Water park was good for kids. Asian and Italian restaurant was the best. Couldn’t eat at steakhouse with kids. You have to pay for bowling. Room and view was nice.

I give it 3 starts because the property had a few issues, the A/C in the room was not working properly, not even in my friend’s rooms. The food Was good, 8/10.. the buffet was not open for dinner most of the days, Club only opened Fri-Sun, so every night was boring. I liked the show on the beach. The room was always clean, and it looks beautiful. The pool is big, but if you want to use the other pools are only for UNIQUE guests.

The best vacation ever! The property and rooms are impeccable, the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating, the aesthetic of this hotel is very pleasing and beautiful. The entertainment and activities are inviting and fun. 10/10 would definitely recommend!

The property was absolutely beautiful. The rooms were spacious and well maintained. I read reviews that said the AC was lacking. I did not find this to be the case. Our room was always cold. Our children are grown but the Water Park looked like a blast and great place for kids, The dining and food was top notch. Drinks were abundant and well made. I did like that they always asked if you wanted alcohol in your frozen drinks or non alcoholic. Of course, ours were always full of alcohol. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The maid service was wonderful and always left extra towels and waters. My only negative and please understand that I am 60 yrs old with really bad knees that need to be replaced. This is a very large property and if you want to travel the boulevard to experience all the things that the Lopesan has to offer, there is quite a bit of walking. Also, bars and other places of interest on the boulevard do not open until 6pm. Overall the Lopesan Resort is above and beyond the cost you pay. It is a must visit next time your in Punta Cana.

At check-in, we arrived early but ended up getting our room very late. We waited in line for about two hours just to check in, and then waited another two hours to get our room. The room was nice, but it had no phone, no internet, and no TV. The trip was specially organized for my niece’s sixteenth birthday, and we had a very bad experience. Despite booking three rooms for our family, they didn’t place us near each other. One of the rooms was located on the opposite side of the resort, which meant we had to walk a great distance to reach the other room. Overall, the celebration was very special for us, but we did not get what we expected from the resort. Additionally, we tried to arrange some decorations for the table, but the cost for even minimal decorations was around a thousand dollars, which we found ridiculous. In summary, we decided not to spend that much because it just wasn’t worth it. dditionally, the beach had a lot of boats parked in the area, and the sand was never cleaned. It was full of seaweed everywhere, and during the entire six days we were there, we never got into the water because it wasn’t good. On top of that, the presence of all these boats and the people coming and going made the experience We also wish that the management and customer service were better because when you pay that much, you expect a certain level of service. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing The resort definitely needs a completely different management approach
