I like the location of the hotel. It’s close the beach and to shops. They were prompt picking us from and to the airport. We stayed for 4 days and they never came to clean or pick up trash. The first night they wanted to clean the room at 4;30 pm! Who does that? They need to do better with the staff in keeping up with room. Floor was full of sand .

The good - conveniently located, beach access, nearby restaurants and minutes away from nightlife areas. Room was generally clean. If you need a clean room for a short time its ok. Just ok. Hints of shoddy upkeep cant be ignored though. Most staff were friendly. Breakfast was complimentary, very good and located on the beach! The bad - Dont use their recommended ride service from the airport! Dont do it! Waited nearly two hours waiting for the driver to show up and then when he arrived he still couldn't find me after simple instructions. The hotel receptionist didnt offer anything for the extreme delay. Just grab an Uber. Pool was clean but dirty. Meaning, the water was clear enough to swim in but it was also full of debris - leaves, bugs and random particles. The rooms door lock was barely operable and the entry way light was out of order. Maintenance fixed those issues but the annoyance just added to the mounting disappointments. Wrapping up, if youre a single guy staying for a few days its fine at a minimum, its borderline motel-like. If you really want to be comfy and its in your budget, stay somewhere else.

My friends and I stayed at Los Corales Beach Village for five nights, and the customer service was truly exceptional—far beyond our expectations. We were warmly greeted by the operations team with a traditional Dominican corn muffin, which was such a thoughtful touch. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. We had a few requests during our stay, and they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We even received a complimentary upgrade to a unit that had everything we could have asked for and more. Although there were a few minor issues with the unit, they were easily manageable and not worth fussing over given the outstanding service we received. Overall, it’s a great hotel in an excellent location with high-speed Wi-Fi. I would absolutely recommend it!
