Smooth check in & check out. Staff is very courteous & helpful. Breakfast buffet had a variety of breads, proteins, & fruits with seeds. Lots of activities on the beach, etc..

This resort is a definite recommend. I loved everything about it. The food options were amazing. The workers were very attentive and fluently, so naturally the service was the best. There are many pools and easy to get drinks. I will say that the beach was filled with seaweed, so the water doesn’t look as pretty but it’s still not bad. I believe the resort was renovated last year, so everything is really comfortable.

Pretty good, large property be prepared to walk a lot. Every amenity was great. Some staff were amazing even dancing with us, but restaurant staff was sub par and sometimes rude.

Baggage handling staff was very rude. Waiter and waitress around buffet and other restaurant are very lethargic, lake of energy, waiting for food is 1 hr, won’t respond you properly.. always busy in talking with fellow colleagues. Some servers were eating food in front of you food court - chef of the wok restaurant is very rude)

Hotel is freshly renovated. Food was excellent but cold on the thematic restaurants. People smoke cigarettes all over the property and the pool, security doesn’t interfere. The beach was unusable and dirty. Hotel doesn’t clean the beach. Annoying vendors at the beach, property allows them around. Internet works very well, food at the snack areas are excellent, specially the ones around the pool. I would not recommend this hotel if you want the beach, if you don’t care about the beach it is a solid stay. In our case, it was a big waste of money.

Overall the resort is great. Rooms are excellent and very clean. Staff are very welcoming and professional. Two things that stood out were the moldy smell in some of the eating areas and staff seem to be aware. Took the option of extended checkout for a fee, however room key was deactivated, AC was shut off and other staff were calling to vacate the room even though checkout was not due until 1.5 hours later. Communication did not seem to have made it from one team to another. Overall the experience was great.

Everything was perfect except the beach was super dirty and filled with seaweeds which ruined our trip. And we came to swim in the sea. Many times I asked for cleaning but no one responded. We got upset about it.
