It was good and beautiful everywhere inside rooms, and outside. Only 1 issue we had it is staff, not friendly at all, not helpful. We always tipped at buffet and restoraunt l, but we did not speak Spanish, and we always had a hard time to be sitted at buffet. They don't speak English and not even try to help, just run around Spanish speaking people. Learn Spanish if you want to go there.

Overall the Rui Palace Bavaro is a beautiful property and location. Beach: The beach location was very well kept with plenty of chairs for visitors. Pools:There were plenty of pools and chairs, at any time of day. Elite Restaurant/Bar: The elite club locations throughout the resort were very clean and well maintained. Restaurants: The restaurants were okay. Downfall was the long lines to get in, even with a reservation (elite members could make reservations at all restaurants, but there was no line for elite members) Room Service: Room service offers a decent variety of foods and was very quick with the delivery. Swim Up Pool: The pool was somewhat small and only 3.5” deep. (Would definitely recommend you bring a blowup float if you select this type of room)
