Our Butler Brian was attentive yes respectful of our privacy and desire to explore the resort independently. Loved the day spent in the Bali tent. Nice resort, room with pool was below average (never used it). Nice staff and great customer service but unable to invite anyone from outside property (no daily pass available) for drinks was disappointing.

I celebrated my 40th birthday and loved it, staff was very efficient and friendly. Food was great, plenty of variety and found the place to be clean and very well taken care of. I highly recommend this resort.
