The staff was amazing throughout the property but the rooms do not look as they do in the photos whatsoever. I tried to do reservations for the restaurants throughout my stay and was not able to do so but once, all the times it continued to say thag I was maxed out of reservations even though I only ate at the steakhouse. I spoke to the receptionist and they said there was not much they could do since this was the server/ website. The only 5 star thing at this resort is the staff since they are amazing and friendly, but when it comes to food options, room and amenities this resort is far from 5 stars.

I liked the room size, comfortable bed and pillows. Good amenities. Great staff at the restaurants and bars. I didn't like the brands of liqueur included on the room category promoted as "premium under the luxury all-inclusive rooms” The hotel created another brand called "Signature" to add the premium brands so I was disappointed because to get what they considered premium you must buy the elite package that is not promoted and available on Orbitz and its affiliates. This offer is only available on the hotel website or at the hotel upon check-in. In addition, they have staff upon arrival, offering a site inspection with breakfast to encourage travelers to buy a membership "Elite" So, travelers will book hotels directly on a website provided once you paid the membership. Some restaurants closed on Tuesday and one of them was exclusive to Elite members, so it was very limited.

The building needs to be taken care more efficiency. lots of sites were getting damage and poor maintenance. the music at the Pool bar is too low and sometimes you cannot hear it. should have more activities at the pool and other areas. more variation on breakfast. attendance personnel some not nice with the guest.

This place was a great experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only thing they was not so great were the entertainment options. For this to be an adults only hotel, there was little to no music or adult activities. The other side is an option where they do have the entertainment but that side was actually cheaper when booking. One would think “adults only” would be more entertaining than a “family friendly” side. Overall, our stay was great, the staff made it very enjoyable

Serenade all inclusive resort was amazing. The staff was very friendly and the events coordinator, pineapple/pina colada, was awesome and very energetic. We would go back in a heartbeat. The atmosphere was cool and the spa was amazing.
