Quiet, clean & great food. We truly enjoyed every minute of our vacation here. We would return again! Swim up pools were amazing, beach and water incredible. A nice quiet vacation spot, limited entertainment, however that was good for us! Would certainly recommend and would return!

Food: The Market Buffet — Excellent The Ocean Buffet — Not good Service in restaurants: The Market Buffet: Usually good, but sometimes it was impossible to wait for a waiter and no one offered me drinks for 30-40 minutes. The Ocean Buffet: The staff was not very friendly. You usually had to wait a long time for drinks. A couple of times I finished lunch and left, and the drinks were never brought. I am very grateful to the waiter Alejandro Ramirez! HE is always very attentive, neat, positive and has a friendly attitude. The best hostess is Juana Alvarado. I thank her so much for my good mood and her constant smile. She is always friendly and attentive. Thanks a lot to the barista girls in the coffee shop. I am especially grateful to Sordemy Carpio. Her coffee was always tasty, strong, hot and the best. Room cleaning: The first time my room was cleaned only 4 days after I arrived at the hotel. Later, the room-maid came regularly, but the quality of cleaning was not very good. Beach: The beach is very clean, thanks to the men who cleans the beach for his work. Sea: It is absolutely impossible to swim, but this is not the management's fault. To summarize, I will say that I rate my stay here at 5 out of 10. Thank you all and I wish you prosperity and well-being.

The only things I would add are that we were not told about the website upon check-in and I had to call and ask because I’ve had known about it from previous reviews. The other thing would be that the light to turn on the bathroom was outside in the hallway and controlled all of the lights in the area

Overall it was a great stay staff was very nice. All dinners were great meals lunch and breakfast could use some work, not the same quality as the dinners. The 4 hour session we had with the people trying to sell us on (vacation point package) was absolutely terrible. Almost kept us hostage and had no idea it was going to be thag long. Will not return because of that reason.

The Serenade All Suites resort was a nice, adults only resort near Cabeza de toro. The ocean is clear blue except for the occasional seaweed. The staff are friendly and helpful. Most of them spoke and understood English well enough. Most of the food was good. I thought the tapanyaki and steakhouse were my favorites. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay at this resort in beautiful Punta Cana.

This was our first time at this resort. The staff are amazing. We loved out room. The facility is super clean and the pools are sparkling. The food and drinks were wonderful. It is an easy walk to the beach. It is adults only- no children. However, you can easily walk over to the adjacent property where they have families and a few other amenities. It is fun, but quiet. We will be going back.
