Tortuga B7 is located at the exclusive Puntacana Resort & Club in Punta Cana, the Dominican Republic. The villa is located at La Cana golf course (Tortuga) within walking distance to the beach.

The resort is home to 2 oceanside golf courses (Corales by Tom Fazio and La Cana by P.B. Dye), luxury hotels, The Spa, the Oscar de la Rental tennis center (tennis, paddle, and pickleball courts), an equestrian center & polo club, pristine beaches and beach clubs, nature trails and freshwater lagoons, fantastic restaurants, and more. If you want to go off property to explore the local area, the Puntacana Shopping Village and Blue Mall Puntacana are located just outside the resort.

Punta Cana Airport (PUJ) is located right next to the resort - 1 kilometer or less than 1 mile from the resort’s entrance, and Santo Domingo Airport (SDQ) is about a 3-hour drive away.

NOTE: You’ll have a golf touring cart included with the villa rental for transportation around the resort.

THE SPACE:

Villa Tortuga B7 is a homely, 4-bedroom, 4 1/2 bath, 6,000 sq. ft., 2-story villa.

The spacious common area instantly welcomes you as you come into the villa and is the perfect place for entertaining, enjoying family dinners, or watching TV. There’s a comfortable sofa area with TV on one side of the common area, a dining area on the other, and access to the kitchen

All the furniture in this villa has neutral colors of white and earth tones, mixed with the soothing blue colors of the ocean. The interior of the villa is very clean and clutter-free.

Tortuga is a great and very safe neighborhood where most people leave their front- and terrace doors open to let the tropical breeze flow through.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook and prepare delicious meals during your vacation. You can also hire a private chef ($) to cook for you and to make your vacation more enjoyable.

Slide open the large terrace doors in the living- and dining room to access the outdoor terrace, pool area, and backyard which borders the golf course. The covered terrace with ceiling fans is furnished with an outdoor dining table and a sofa sitting area. Soak up the warm sun on one of the poolside lounge chairs and jump in the pool for a refreshing swim to cool off. The backyard has a nice green lawn and a view of the golf course.

THE BEDROOMS:

Tortuga B7 has 4 bedrooms. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom downstairs.

Bedroom 1 (upstairs): The primary suite with 1 King bed, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, TV, closet, dressers, ensuite bathroom with shower and tub, and access to the balcony overlooking the pool, backyard, and golf course.

Bedroom 2 (upstairs) with 1 King bed, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, closet, dresser, a shared bathroom with shower, and access to the balcony overlooking the pool, backyard, and golf course.

Bedroom 3 (upstairs) with 2 Queen beds, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, closet, dresser, a shared bathroom with shower, and access to the balcony overlooking the pool, backyard, and golf course.

NOTE: Bedrooms 2 and 3 share 1 bathroom.

Bedroom 4 (downstairs) with 1 Queen bed, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, closet, dresser, ensuite bathroom with shower, and access to the terrace and pool area.

VILLA STAFF:

Housekeeper: The Spanish-speaking housekeeper will clean the villa, make the beds, wash towels and linens (usually every 3rd day). We do not offer personal laundry service. The housekeeper may reside on the property in a separate living area.

Villa Manager: You’ll also have an English/Spanish-speaking villa manager available during your stay. This is your go-to person for any questions or if you need any services that you haven’t booked before your arrival. The villa manager will greet you when you arrive at the villa, check you in, and will be available daily throughout your entire stay.
