Additionally, it includes one garage parking space, general kitchen items, coffee maker, wine cooler, books, games, pool towels, and essential home items.

The master bedroom has a walk-in closet, ample drawer space, office desk for remote working, and a spacious ensuite bathroom. A separate guest bedroom with an adjoining bathroom provides additional comfort. The third bedroom is designed with children in mind, offering triple bunk bedding and a crib. The fourth bedroom has a pull-out sofa bed for extra sleeping arrangements.

The fully equipped kitchen has brand new stainless steel appliances, a quartz countertop, and all the essential cooking items you'll need. Enjoy your morning coffee with the provided coffee maker and unwind with a glass of wine from the wine cooler. Beach towels are also available for your convenience.

For added convenience, we provide a crib, highchair, a kiddie blow-up pool, a baby swing, a water table, a stroller, a baby monitor, a collection of beach toys and chalk for outdoor play and some additional games and books.

Rest assured that landscape maintenance is handled by the HOA, allowing you to fully relax and enjoy your stay without worrying about upkeep.

Guests are welcome to enjoy all spaces of the home, providing ample room for relaxation and enjoyment. Please note that half of the garage and two locked areas (pantry and one closet) are reserved for the owner's personal belongings.
