The living area windows and french doors look out onto the covered stone patio with BBQ. The rear yard is private, shady, provides amazing ocean glimpses and is a lovely spot for afternoon BBQ's.

If the property is unable to provide the booking due to circumstances beyond their control, (examples include, but are not limited to, Forest Fires, Floods, Government Travel Advisories) then only future stay credits for the amount paid will be issued. No refunds will be given. Future stay credits may be used towards the booking of any property managed by Breakaway Vacations and has a 1 yr expiration date.
