First of all, we were actually impressed and glad that upon arriving early in the morning with no notice to the hotel, they had our room ready. But then once seeing the room - dirty and stuffy, we weren’t too happy anymore. Food is a buffet, so expectations weren’t high to begin with. It is self served, including beverages. The hotel will provide you a “taxi” company business card and they charge you double what the the local taxi cabs will but won’t tell you anything about how to get a hold of a local taxi. We kept the number of a taxi driver from the airport and stuck with him for the remaining of the trip once we realized that the hotel had no intention of helping us out. I also left behind a pair of earrings of no monetary value, but definitely sentimental, had to check out at 4am for an early flight and I forgot to grab them off the table. I reached out to the hotel via email, since their phone never works, and asked if there was any way the earrings can be returned to me, they never responded. Didn’t surprise me though! Anyways, the beach is gorgeous!!! Only good thing about the whole stay. Definitely would not recommend staying here. But maybe close by due to how beautiful the beach is.

スイートルームは快適でした。ビーチは綺麗で、プールは掃除や監視が行き届き、水深が深いところもあり大人も楽しめます。 食事は、もう少しバリエーションを増やして欲しかった。スイートルームの朝食にはオムレツを焼いてくれるなどのサービスがあればもっと満足が高かったと思う。緑が多く海までの道も楽しくあるけた。ビーチ近くにシャワーがあり足を洗う事ができる。

Resort ist super ausgestattet und durch die Renovierung auch super in Schuss. Es ist sehr viel zur Unterhaltung gegeben sodass es auch nicht langweilig wird. Mittagessen und Abendessen sind wirklich vorzüglich und total Abwechslungsreich. Die Unterkünfte sind im nördlichen Bereich des Resort und hier verläuft eine sehr stark befahrene Straße wo sich besonders die Motorradfahrer nicht am die Geschwindigkeit halten. Das führt zu einer extremen Lautstärke, was uns dazu gebracht hat das Zimmer zu tauschen.. besonders 3 Gebäude sind sehr davon betroffen wobei eines der Gebäude die Unterkünfte der Angestellten ist. Das Frühstück war weniger gut. Es gab keinerlei Frisches Gemüse (Keine Tomaten o.ä.) zum Frühstück sondern nur schwere Kost. Für Ernährungsbewusste ist das Frühstück ein Graus. Das ist weit weg vom Standard . Negativsten ist die Rezeption. Es arbeiten sehr viele Junge Leute dort die total unzureichend Englisch können. Sobald etwas zu beanstanden ist oder abseits der normalen Diskussion, sind die Kollegen/innen total überfordert. Es werden falsche Informationen bei CheckIn kommuniziert aufgrund Unwissenheit.. Andere Kollegen erzählen unterschiedliche Dinge was geht und was nicht. Total nicht abgestimmt. Service an sich ist hier noch keine europäischer Standard. Mach unserem Zimmerwechsel wurde unser Gepäck einfach für die Tür gestellt und das für jeden zugänglich. (NoGo)!!!!??

In vacanza con le mie figlie (ormai più che ventenni) come sempre in un villaggio😄 Spiaggia e mare splendido. Animazione soft ma sempre presente: sono un bel gruppo di ragazzi ben coordinati Molto bravi i ragazzi della vela, sup e canoa e così pure l'organizzatore dei tornei Marcello (dal beach volley, padel, beach tennis alle bocce) Anche gli spettacoli sono stati notevoli: scenette già conosciute sono state interpretate benissimo e quindi molto divertenti... Anche Mama mia è stato cantato dal vivo ! Buona la cucina con molta varietà e così pure il servizio ... Le camere sono rinnovate ma purtroppo molto piccole ...

Camera non all'altezza del prezzo

Villaggio esteticamente molto bello, offre molte cose X ciò che concerne intrattenimenti , staff animazione molto simpatico e gentile , cucina variegata con molta scelta. La camera però una delusione totale, molto scura, odore forte di muffa e umido, bagno con servizi datati e molta muffa sulle pareti, sulle piastrelle e tra le fughe delle piastrelle del pavimento . Scalette delle 2 piscine per bambini non ancorate perfettamente al suolo, da una parte saldatura rotta. Nell'insieme il villaggio necessiterebbe maggior cura e manutenzione , secondo me il prezzo è troppo elevato rispetto alle condizioni dell'infrastruttura.

Fantastico villaggio a due passi dal mare

Siamo una famiglia con 2 ragazze di 13 e 14 anni. Abbiamo passato una settimana indimenticabile: un villaggio immerso nel verde e a 2 passi da un mare cristallino, che offre attivitá per ogni gusto ed etá. Ottimo il ristorante con offerta ricchissima, fantastica l'animazione e divertenti gli spettacoli serali, ineccepibile la pulizia delle stanze. Siamo rimasti veramente soddisfatti.

Bello ma troppa gente !

il villaggio in se è ben tenuto e curato. La cucina è ottima, ma la sala da pranzo è troppo grande e caotica...pessima la sistemazione in tavoli da 7/9 persone incluso bambini. E' un villaggio troppo grande , troppa gente e sopratutto troppi bambini....per chi non ne ha e vuole un pò di pace NON è il villaggio adatto in quanto anche in spiaggia gli ombrelloni essendo troppo vicini si è contornati da coppie con bambini... praticamente è impossibile leggere un libro in pace...strilli e schiamazzi sono ovunque!!!. Si potrebbero creare delle aree riservate a coppie senza bimbi !!

Bene tutto quello che riguarda il comfort e la ristorazione, purtroppo avendo trovato una settimana ventosa e con un po' di maltempo abbiamo notato l'assenza di zone ed edifici coperto per l'animazione... Ma per il resto tutto ottimale.

2 star hotel with extra noisy restaurant audience

Very , very noisy enviroment with no privacy and very, very small hotel rooms !!!! Front desk, restaurant staff very kind and helpfull. Hotel guests have no choice to enjoy great food as they are seated with other 6 - 7 people without right to choice table and dinning company ( same with the beach beds / chairs/ umbrella - exclude first 3 rows where you have to pay € 10-15 / day for bed / chair / umbrella ). All inclusive ( and extra all inclusive ) does not give you right to enjoy all inclusive non-alcohol drinks / ice cream, etc. ( not talking alcohol ! ). beach is long enough to walk and enjoy ( but with raw sand ) .

Bon séjour familial.

Un très bon séjour. Cependant le transfert aéroport /hôtel n'est pas compris. Le All inclusive n'est valable qu'au restaurant, une carte à puce est remise à vous de la créditer avec le montant de votre choix pour le règlement des boissons au bar. Et dans la salle à manger table de 8 exclusivement, c'est familial que vous soyez 3 ou 4 vous serez placé avec d'autres personnes à table. Pas de WIFI dans les chambres. Fréquentation Italienne exclusivement, peu d'animateurs parlent Français, donc pas évident pour les enfants si ils veulent fréquenter le mini club.

Grazioso e curato villaggio per famiglie

Il villaggio, a circa 30 min di strada dall'aeroporto di Cagliari, e' direttamente sulla spiaggia alla quale si accede atraversando l'area comune del villaggio stesso. Le camere sono situate a circa 150-200m dal mare, dietro e intorno alla reception. Il Calaserena e' tipicamente per famiglie, lo consiglio soprattutto per le diverse attivita' che i ragazzi e bambini possono svolgere sotto la supervisione di personale attento, gentile e diponibile. La spiaggia, di sabbia non finissima, e' tenuta pulita, Il mare e' stupendo anche se l'acqua diventa quasi subito alta, a differenza dei bassi fondali di Villasimius.a pochi chilometri. Esistono 3 piscine, una adibita al nuoto, le altre due maggiormente rivolte al puro divertimento e relax, tutte riscaldate. La vita all'interno del villaggio si svolge nella 'piazzetta', punto centrale da cui e' facile accedere a tutte le altre zone della struttura. Gli animatori sono validi e non invadenti, ogni sera c'e' uno spettacolo nell'arena accanto alla piazzetta. Le camere si dividono in standard e comfort; noi abbiamo trovato soltanto la configurazione standard, piuttosto essenziale ma pulita. Nella configurazione standard i pasti si consumano in tavoli a 6 / 8 persone. Il cibo e' vario e di buona qualita', Tutto il villaggio, soprattutto le parti comuni, e' estremamente curato. Abbiamo trascorso una settimana a luglio 2015 e l'esperienza e' stata estremamente positiva.
