The room was much smaller than pictures depicted. Beds were dated and uncomfortable. The on site guest laundry room was locked (one of the reasons I booked this hotel as we were mid vacation) and when I called the front desk to ask why I was first hung up on and then there was no answer on the next two attempts. At the breakfast buffet the waitstaff refused to provide ingredient list for allergy reasons. I had to ask the front desk attendant to speak to the staff to provide the information and when they did the server was mocking us in French as she thought we could not understand. Will not be returning.

Très bel hôtel, propre et moderne et à proximité de plusieurs attractions (15-20 min. en voiture). Prix très raisonnable avec bon déjeuner genre buffet inclu dans le prix. La piscine est belle avec l’eau bien chaude et confortable. Nous y retournerons lors d’une prochaine visite à Québec, c’est certain!
