Location was fantastic. Just outside of the old City yet close to many good restaurants including the one in the Hotel. We travelled with our two Chihuahuas and being placed on the main floor at an end hall with little noise was very good to keep them from barking Although clean, the room was tired-peeling paint on bathroom ceiling, stains on walls, lifting floor, loose bath tap, furniture rough looking. Room could also benefit from having a microwave for leftover food warm ups. Would definitely stay at same place again as it was affordable, had a great restaurant and was in a great location.

Found the toilet was weak when flushing had to flush a few times the Wi-Fi signal wasn’t the best The room was average it wasn’t dirty. Just needs a little bit MORE love.

La literie n'est pas adéquate. Il n'y a pas de drap contour, seulement un drap plat. Ni de couvre-lit. La toilette ne fonctionnait pas bien du tout. Le systÚme de ventilation est tellement bruillant qu'on avait de la difficulté à s'entendre parler. La nuit a été longue a se faire reveiller au 5 minutes par le moteur de la ventilation. La place est vraiment désuÚte et aurait besoin de réparation. Malheureusement, j'ai payé beaucoup trop cher pour mon séjour. C'est la derniÚre fois que je vais aller à cet hÎtel.

Il est peut-ĂȘtre temps de faire un grand mĂ©nage cotĂ© piscine et le jacousi, c'est plus un bain chaud et la piscine n'est pas chauffĂ©e, l'espace pour les jeux d'eau pour enfants est usĂ© et sale et la chambre est du pour quelques rĂ©novations et sĂ»rement les autres chambres aussi, les abats-jour des lumiĂšre sont jaunis et salles, mais on a passĂ© une belle nuit pareil, je ne chiale pas, je constate que l'HĂŽtel Ambassadeur n'est pu ce qu'elle a dĂ©jĂ  Ă©tĂ© dans le passĂ© mĂȘme si c'Ă©tait ma premiĂšre visite Ă  cette hĂŽtel, j'aurais aimĂ© pouvoir rĂ©pondre Ă  des question en français, je parle de Hotels.com.

The room was not well maintained, the facility run down, the air conditioner leaked and was extremely noisy. Staff weren't terrible but not very helpful. It was inexpensive and it certainly showed.

L'hĂŽtel Ă©tait overbooked, donc dĂšs notre arrivĂ©e, ils nous ont dit que nous n'avions pas de chambre pour nous, malgrĂ© une rĂ©servation garantie avec Expedia. Ils ne nous ont mĂȘme pas appelĂ©s, ni avisĂ©s. J'ai travaillĂ© en hĂŽtellerie pendant des annĂ©es et normalement, l'hĂŽtel doit relocaliser les clients en overbook. Eux n'ont rien fait! Et en plus, je dois me dĂ©brouiller pour me faire rembourser avec Expedia. Vraiment, je ne me laisserai plus prendre! Je ne passerai plus par Expedia la prochaine fois.
