Do not recommend

I simply cannot fathom how other guests have such glowing reviews of this hotel. This was unfortunately very far from our experience. From the completely unbothered check-in person, to the piles of trash everywhere (I wish this was an exaggeration, the amount of loose trash and full garbage bags just lying around in the common areas throughout our stay was astounding), this hotel may be the most overrated and misrepresented I’ve ever experienced. Our room had such a foul smell, we had to go out and purchase a candle to even be able to stay in there, even after leaving the window open for hours. The room was far from clean, there were visible traces of unknown origin on the walls and surfaces, a loose bandage was left on the floor near one of the chairs, the ironing board was stained and the toilet seat had visible droplets of pee on it. It’s unbelievable to me that this hotel has such high marks for cleanliness, it was truly disgusting. The hotel does however have a few positive points, it’s easily accessible, the parking is free and it’s not far from shopping and restaurants.

Air conditioning and poor wifi

The personal is cold but helpfull They did not room service. The air conditioning was Mal functioning. The wifi signal is very bad. The price is not worthy. The only thing that was fine was the late check-out and the person who authorized that.

When we first walked in the room we realized there was a door connecting to another room with no lock so we put the little couch to lock our door. The bathroom was not very clean and there was hair down the drain. Then we were removing the blankets come to find out there was blood stains on the sheets. Luckily I brought my own towel with my so I just put another sheet on top of the blood stain and my towel on top and just slept. Overall experience was 4/10 I would not repeat
