The initial room we got was in a very poor condition. Visible bed bug, squeaky and sticky floor, untidy washroom, hair on washroom mat - it wasn't something we expected after a 15 hour drive. We got a different room right away though, but overall there was no visible sign of any friendly staff and even the towels were to be collected from the reception instead of getting door delivered. Overall a good budget hotel that can improve on services offered, even if they are making sure to provide the basic of facilities.

This hôtel is degrading since about 1 year. Staff was completely changed and it was not a very good idea. You have the impression that you are disturbing them, reception is very poor, no smile, no conversation etc. In the room, no soap, no shampoo and toilet was very slow and finally blocked. I have been staying at this hôtel for all my trips in Quebec city over the years. But, this time will be the last...

The room was really dirty. There were dead mosquitoes stuck on the wall — I even have photos and videos. I didn’t bother to ask for a room change because I was just too tired from traveling. The only good thing was the self-service coffee machine across from the front desk. This hotel is not worth the price.
