Check-in took some time, but staff are friendly and offered to give some advice if needed for travelling around the city. The room is overall very clean and spacious. Very quiet neighbourhood despite being in the busy area.

The Hotel is in an old financial district that is very isolated from activity. I thought the room was okay but nothing special at a premium price. I would look to stay up on the hill my next time I am in Quebec City.

This was an excellent hotel. We lucked out big time by staying here. The city was great, the staff was excellent. Evelyne at the front desk was extremely helpful in getting us taxis and telling us ideas to discover in the city. Roshan (I think was the manager) was very pleasant as well. This was a great trip!

The quality of the fixtures and fittings, and the interior and decoration are a bit dated for the price of the room. There is heating pipework on the ceiling from the room above. The wall is bare paint and surface mounted sound system. We paid for the next level up room because we saw that the photos of the room looked bright with two large windows but we were allocated a room with one window- not sure this was the standard room or not as upon checking the photo of the standard room, it gave us a visual match. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Benefits of the hotel are location, and close proximity to the nearby public parking ($34/24 hrs). We would prefer an inroom facility for hot drink, and free drinking water and slippers at this price point.

It was all the extra thoughtful touches and friendly service that made it our go to hotel in Old Quebec. We appreciated our warm greeting at check in. The welcome note and delicious macrons to our room. Also, the help yourself coffee and snacks available in the cozy lounge. The Continental breakfast was very satisfying and plentiful. Our supreme queen room on the 6th floor overlooking the Museum of Civilization and the port was well appointed with everything to make our 5 night stay comfortable.
