Chauffage dans la chambre dĂ©fectueux. Le technicien est venu voir et nous dit que c'est comme ça il est programmĂ© Ă  l'interne il ne peux aller plus haut que 20 degrĂ©. Nous rappelons l'hotel car nous trouvons innaceptable et il nous donne plus de couverture... c'est a ce moment que nous appelons la ligne directe de Jaro pour faire une plainte et eux aussi trouve cela innaceptable. Le technicien revient et parle au technicien du chauffage et se rendre contre qu'il est mal connectĂ©. Le chauffage marche mais arrete apres 10 minutes... Nous rappelons encore et le technicien revient et change l'unitĂ© au complet dans le mur. Nous avons finalement du chauffage mais la fan fait beaucoup de bruit et les enfants trĂšs fatiguer donc nous decidons d'endurer le bruit. Notre soirĂ©e a Ă©tĂ© interrompu pour une durĂ©e de 3h. Jamais ils ont voulu nous changĂ© de chambre. Ensuite...problĂšme de carte qui se demagnĂ©tise, beaucoup d'attente au ascenseur la carte ne semble fonctionner... au dĂ©jeuner... seulement pain, bagel et chose Ă  mettre dessus, cĂ©rĂ©ales et oeufs Ă  la coque. Aucune viandes. Bref cet hĂŽtel parait trĂšs bien mais est loin d'ĂȘtre dans nos choix pour le futur payĂ© plus de 200$/nuit.
