One elevator was down and we had to wait at least 15 min to take the elevator each time. We can see we’re getting frustrated The magnetic card was not working at the pool, we waited 15 min to realized that a worker was standing beside us not doing anything, not even realizing we were waiting.

Les ascenseurs sont tellement lent de plus un n’était pas fonctionnel et monter au 4e étage ou descendre du 4e par les escaliers est comme un labyrinthe. Pour aller à la piscine, tu ne peux pas utiliser les escaliers. Un peu bizarre quand tu y penses. Nous étions toujours plusieurs à attendre. Nous avons aimé mais nous considérons une autre place la prochaine fois.

We could heard lots of noise from the hallway and room above between 22h and midnight. Elevator for pool took a good 10 minutes each time to get it. Breakfast was amazing, mattress in the room were confy. Whoever sleeps beside would get freez cold.

We stayed here for three nights and loved it. The hotel was very clean. Our kids loved the pool and the splash pad. Is adults were disappointed that the hot tub wasn't a regular hot tub temperature and very weak jetts, more like a warm bath. It was also very inconvenient that we had to pick a specific time for the breakfast, meaning we had to set alarms while on vacation. The underground parking was very convenient, the elevators were extremely slow but we didn't mind waiting. The beds weren't very comfortable but the room was spotless and lots of space. The location was great. It was close to everything we wanted to do while on vacation. We will be back again.

Hôtel très sale. Toutes les bouches d’aérations sont pleines de poussière. Les tapis complètements souillés. Des traces sur les murs/vitres de la salle de bain. Des cheveux dans la douche. À la piscine, on voit des moisissures. En somme : plus jamais.

Hôtel vieillotte Chambre confortable pour 5

1- Disposition de la chambre : wow; grands espaces pour une famille de 5, douche et toilette séparées par une porte de l'évier de la salle de bain. Cuisinette avec évier et comptoir : pratique! Module de table et chaises deviennent lit escamotable double : très pratique pour jouer ou manger. 2- Plusieurs éléments brisés : vieillot; tiroirs du lit ne ferment pas, porte garde-robe désajustée, cadre décoratif endommagé. Literie décorative pourrait être au goût du jour : blanche, là c'est vieux et démodé. 3- Propreté : éléments primordiaux très propres, mais pas les détails ; comptoirs propres, les lits propres. Autres éléments de la chambre : support à papier hygiénique sale, tête de lit poussiéreuse. Ils ne font pas dans les détails. 4- Déjeuner : offre et variété très bien ; oeufs, saucisses, crêpes, pain et bagels. On y trouve son compte. Attention : la propreté des lieux (tables, sol) est moyennement acceptable. 5- Service : courtois ;

Rooms were cute, Murphy beds were nice. The Boston pizza attached forget a few of our order items, the food was cold despite waiting down there for it, and it wasn't great tasting. Pool is great, much smaller than the pictures though. Breakfast was pretty decent

Average hotel

Great room, we had a queen bed, a murphy bed and a sofa bed. ( extra coverings, blankets and pillows would have been nice) The A/C did not function when we got there, they sent up maintenence and they got it goung but it was either too cold or too hot we could not get an average 20 degree. Young kids using the hottub as a wading pool was not enjoyable. Especially since there were several areas for young kids. Water buckets, splash pad and slide.and a great size pool. Breakfast was unchanged each morning, and congested to one corner, making for a bottle next of custimers. No trays to transport your food. And paper plates and plastics did not make it eco friendly. Only 2 elevators seem to work, and were consistently full, making the stairs at must..the stairwells were musty and poorly lit. Having a great location near the grocery store and eateries made it bareable.
