I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience. It was very convenient and perfectly located everything I needed was within walking distance, including restaurants, bars, and shops. Having parking available on site was a huge plus and made things even easier. Overall, it was a comfortable and hassle-free stay, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place with great accessibility and convenience.

Sophisticated decor limits practicality

With Murphy bed up, room was very spacious. Decor was dark grey black and red, lighting was insufficient. Sufficient outlets hidden under desk. We did not care for the restaurant, service was very slow, food was okay. More than adequate self parking behind hotel, you must drive around the block but you can enter the hotel conference area from the parking lot. Hotel has elevators. The room has obviously been renovated recently but there was cracked grout and mildew in the shower, and a hole in the flooring under the Murphy bed.

Long checking process. Checking at 5pm. Multiple families arriving at the same time to check in. Restaurant attached to the hotel was very disappointing - dirty glass, very long wait for drinks and food and burnt food needing to return it to the kitchen. No compensation offered.

Housekeeping could have been better, our bed didn’t get made for three days out of our 5 day stay. Towels would get changed and garbage would be taken out everyday. Beds were comfortable. Some staff were really nice and helpful others didn’t seem like they wanted to work in hospitality.

If you have a family, the pool here is very nice. The pool has floaties and towels available for your family to use. On Saturday they had a live musical performance that was fantastic for those swimming and those that just wanted to sit and listen. The vibes were fun. The rooms itself were clean and beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly and each morning, while we were still in the hotel, would knock and asked if we needed any restock of anything which they kindly made available to us. The location of the hotel is great as it's within walking distance of a bunch of restaurants and a mall. Overall it was a very good stay. The location is nice and clean.
