poor service for a nice hotel

from the arrival, it didn't go so well. their system was down, so they insisted I should write down my whole credit card information, including expery and security code on a sheet of paper, so that they could later charge my card with the $100 security deposit, when their system came back up. I insisted that I would never comply with that as it is a great security risk, and the cleck told me that in that case he could not give me my rooms key card!! I got ther at around 4h15, the check in was supposed to be at 4h, yet I had to wait for at least 20 min before my room was ready. I stayued in the hotel for 4 nights and not a single time, was my bed made
