Room given was next to the pool. Can hear the conversations from the pool side. They accepted to change my room after I insisted. Enjoy the coffee and feee drinks near the lobby.

The child wanted to swim for 15-20 minutes. The check-out time was 11:00 a.m. receptionabist said there was no availability and refused to allow it. Not allowing a single 6-year-old child to swim in the pool for 15–20 minutes shows a lack of understanding of hospitality and tourism. Unfortunately, this is the attitude of the people working at the reception.

Suitable for families. There is a microwave and a sink. Electric vehicles can be charged; however, the room temperature can only be set up to a maximum of 24°C. I am quite sensitive to the cold, and the front desk confirmed that 24°C is the highest setting and cannot be increased. This was not ideal when staying with children.

The room was clean and comfortable, but the heater was unstable. During the night, it kept turning off, causing the room to become cold. We would wake up because of the cold, and I had to get up repeatedly to adjust the heater and temperature again, which made it hard to rest, especially with kids. We also planned to use the pool with our children, but we were informed that the pool requires a reservation and that the capacity was already full that day.
