Super Hotel !

Super hotel, beaucoup de commodités et chambres très bien équipées et très propre. Le personnel est très accueillant et sympathique. L'hotel est très bien situé près de tous les services et activités. C'est une super découverte et nous allons certainement y retourner !

Établissement correct. Lits mal faits. Le drap de protection sur le matelas ne couvrait même pas le matelas au complet, les pieds étaient directement sur la housse. Propreté correcte. Les planchers et les bas des murs auraient besoin d’un bon coup de nettoyage supplémentaire. Réservation nécessaire pour la piscine mais le ratio n’est pas respecté. Maximum 10 personnes autorisées mais nous étions une quinzaine et ils en faisaient entrer encore. Espace piscine très restreint et piscine de petit format peu profonde. Endroit assez bruyant ami des enfants. Très bon déjeuner.

Efficace

Hôtel pas trop dispendieux pour une petite sortie en famille à Québec. Tout est prêt de l’hôtel. N’oubliez pas de réserver votre 30 minutes de piscine. De déjeuner c’est un peu le chaos, mais nourriture ok. Jus/cafe/ chocolat à volonté ! Chambre propre.

J’y retournerais sans hésitation

Je n’ai que des bons mots. Le personnel est super gentil, tout est propre, le déjeuner comporte suffisamment de choix, le gym est petit mais l’essentiel y est. Il y a des machines à café Van Houtte avec vanille française, miam, merci pour ce petit plus!
