This hotel was clean and one of our favorites. The staff was great. The gentleman working the desk, Norius Ouddai, was exceptional. He was polite and patient. I have aphasia, a speech disorder and Norius was very patient and helpful. He was exceptional.

It was pathetic. As soon as I entered the room I saw a spider crawling on the pillow. After this, I read reviews of the hotel and saw a guy posted of large number of bed bugs as well. Terrible experience.

We did not end up staying there, as we didn’t have a good experience in the check out. They guy at the reception was super rude and ignorant first of he had so much attitude and when we asked him that we only need it for one day he kept saying that the owner is not here i can’t cancel it and then he faked the onwer called his freind and ask him to act like owner and as he came and tried and ask us fhat u guys have an isse with fhe room?? And we started fo explain the situation and he went in and end up booking a room then we understood that he is lying about it. Then we didnt feel safe to stay there. So we did not stay at that hotel.but i meber recommend anyone to go there
