La piscine sentait mauvais. Le fauteuil de notre chambre était très inconfortable, il s’envolait brisé, le distributeur de savon était soit brisé soit mal installé. Pas de clim ? Pas de chaise pour le balcon, même s’il donnait sur le stationnement, ça aurait été bien d’en avoir un. Par contre le service a été bien en général, les règles de la piscine sont par contre selon le sauveteur ce qui a perturber les enfants, ayant un enfant autiste c’est difficile de lui faire comprendre que les règles changent selon le surveillant. Restaurant correct, mais trop long d’attendre pour avoir une place. L’hôtel n’est pas ce à quoi je m’attends d’un hôtel 4 étoiles. Nous y allons au moins 1x par année, mais je pense que ça sera notre dernière fois. C’est le fun pour les enfants, mais en semaine il y a presque rien comme événements, tout ce passe fin de semaine, en plus les travaux ont fait en sorte que les modules et les jeux d’eau on été pratiquement pas accessible. Pour le prix, nous allons essayer autre chose la prochaine fois.

I was not impressed with the amount of sanding and random closing of different parts of the pool during the day. The staff were lovely and very professional. The restaurant was excellent! We ended up leaving the pool at one point as another person was continually spitting in the pool, and I could have talked to the life guard, but it was quite apparent and quite unsightly. I think the lifeguard should've stepped in. I would recommend the hotel but there was a few things noted above that would've raised my review.

Good Experience but the pool is too small, The restaurant was not good because when we arrived the food was almost finished and the service there did not pay attention to refilling so that people could eat. We still paid expensive per person, 29 plus tax, and we didn't eat anything.sorry but this is true if u take Buffet he didn't gifve you good service.

I was here for a conference. The room was tidy but very odd. Showing a lot of wear and tear. Furniture seemed out of place. Washroom was very nice though.
