Really efficient

No reception. Received my access code to unlock the door prior to my arrival. Within the Gare du Palais train station. Really practical for business purposes.

its in a train station and the door to the hotel area is unlocked and just a sheet hangs in front of the door as a safety but anyone can just waltz in. the area is a train station so there is alot of mentally unstable folk around.

Really great spot to tour QC

Fantastic stay. Read all the reviews but still took a little getting used to; all in all it was really an amazing spot. First, hotel is in train station which for the most part during the weekend was not busy at all. Hotel is located through front door of train station and will be on the left. Area is quiet but safe. Second, hotel was immaculate and fit our fam of five perfectly. Two bedrooms each with a queen and a third bedroom with a large built in bunk bed. Lots of room. Third, it is all keyless with no interaction with any staff. There were plenty of towels and soap so no need to interact and code to door was sent via email the day of. All email communications are in french which was easily translated by google. Fourth, one of the best parts was the parking garage which is just to the left of the front door, underground and affordable. We left the car in there for the entire 4 days and there was no problem. Fifth, from this location we were able to walk everywhere- with the citadel being the farthest and maybe a 20min walk. Lastly, the only minor knock on this place was that I couldn’t bolt the door from the inside. The front door closes and locks but anybody who knows the passcode could come in in the middle of the night. Seems unlikely but for this New Yorker who trusts nobody it made me a little bit nervous.

This is the most unique place we’ve stayed in …it is right in the Quebec City train station. It a very new apartment with patio doors out to a patio. It is right in the middle of the old city. Very quiet and had everything you need for a stay

I was really pleasantly surprised by how quiet and large this location is! I wish we'd stayed there for more than the one day, it was exceptional and very easy to check in and find. So convenient for the morning train, as well! The only thing I didn't like was the couch, it was pretty stiff.

I smoked outside in front of hotel. But noticed my smokey breath on sofa pillow. So my $300 refund was kept by company though cameras show me going outside to smoke each time. Not booking for future. But great staff.

There was a major roof repair work above our unit. Construction work start as early as 7am. I have reported this to Les Lofts, the general administration office, Maina, Responsable Expérience Client,Head of Customer Experience. The response was nothing they can do about it, however, she has rejected our request to discontinue the booking, and refund us the balance. The only thing they have done is offer us to another location without our consensus as solution. This is the exact words, "We did not require your approval as this was not a choice but rather the solution we were offering as you had refused to stay at the Lofts de la Gare. With that information, you must understand that we will not be able to offer you a discount or a refund. " With this experience, we lose all confident of any apartment managed by Les-Lofts, due to missing empathy and accommodating altitude toward disturbed stay. Just arrogant Following problems were found from stay, - No follow up of the FOUND purse in the unit has returned back to its owner, - Noise problem as all rooms located on the ground floor next to busy streets, - Security concern as the private patio is not gated, and we found outsiders using our patio space and left garbage behind that never be cleaned, - Glasses, bowl, cups are old, chipped, have deep scratches. - The whole floor in the unit is covered with uneven stone, that is serious tripping hazard for elders or children. - Do not offer cleaning even with 5 days long stay.

Within the station, all things required are well stocked, kitchnette fully equipped. Huge rooms. Will surely book again. No issues at all. Suggestions - kindly improve lighting in bathroom, have English option for TV channels and info. One of the best properties inhave been to in Quebec. Thanks so much.
