Great place poor service

Was there for 5 days 4 nights and asked for more towels multiple times hubg the door knob knocker out for room to be cleaned as our garbages were full and after 2 days nothing was refilled or cleaned, went to front desk and was informed they dont clean rooms during a stay since covid. I asked for atleast our garbages to be cleaned and for the few towels that were originally there to be swapped out for clean ones there was two adults and 1 child so 2 towels was not gping to cut it for 4 nights stay. After another day i called the front desk and almost begged for more towels and face clothes and they brought us one towel and had to find some face cloths to provide

C'était un très beau séjour. Chambre propre. très bon menu au resto le soir. Déjeuner un peu cher. Manque d'insonorisation. J'ai malheureusement entendu la télévision voisine plusieurs heure dans la nuit. Bon accueil, très chaleureux.
