Come visit Queen Creek and our slice of country. Plenty of parking including. We are a few minutes drive from San Tan Regional Park if you prefer a hike in the beautiful desert. Close to Chandler, Gilbert or anywhere you want to be in the east valley. Come visit and enjoy the sun.

Guest house provides one bedroom downstairs with a queen bed and stairs that lead to a loft that offers a twin bed with a trundle. The stairs that lead to the loft are steep.

****Please Note while the property does offer AC the loft does get extremely hot during the summer.

Guest house is on the east side of the detached garage. Please enter at the second entrance/parking to the guest house just east of the main house entrance.

We live in the main home on the property. We are available if there are any issues or questions.

We live a few miles from downtown Queen Creek on acreage property along with our surrounding neighbors. We do have unexpected dust storms from time to time and the area can be dusty. We also have UTVs in the area that can stir up dust.

Park in second driveway east of main home driveway. Driveway all dirt.

PET GUIDELINES: Dogs are permitted with a $75 Pet Fee.
•All pets must be listed on reservation when booking
•Maximum of 2 dogs NO other pets allowed
•Must be housebroken (no puppies!)
•Dogs are not to be on furniture, beds, or any carpeted areas
•Dogs must be leashed outdoors
•Dogs must not be left alone in the property unless they are in a crate.
•Please pick up all pet waste and dispose of it. Non-compliance will incur a $100 fee from your deposit for waste removal services.
•Visitors are not allowed to bring pets
•Fine for for undisclosed/unapproved pets of $500

SMOKING POLICY: We have a strict NO Smoking or Vaping policy in the home and on the property. The odors associated with smoking are difficult to eliminate, and any violation may result in the forfeiture of your entire deposit. This is a smoke-free house; smoking is prohibited both inside the cabin and within 20 yards of any doors or windows.

Your safety is our priority, especially in dry conditions where the risk of fire is increased. Please ensure that cigarette butts are disposed of properly and never thrown outside. Your cooperation and responsibility are crucial in preventing accidents and protecting the environment. If any cigarette butts are found on the property, your deposit will be forfeited.
