Lovely area and the staff were amazing, wish that there was a bed and breakfast type option though because it's such a quaint property. Having the jets in the bath tub was a luxury not seen very often though so overall a fantastic spot.

Wonderful hamlet on South Shore of Nova Scotia. Inn was directly across from Queensland beach and close to restaurants and all the sites of that part of Nova Scotia. We were at a wedding in the adjacent community of Hubbards, so we really did not have a chance to enjoy the full experience. The room was well appointed and appeared to be recently renovated,however a bit on the small side. Bathroom clean and modern fixtures etc. Had a very ample continental breakfast which unfortunately was not included with the price of the room. For the location was a great value and we would definitely recommend it.

We could hear the ocean waves through our window, which was lovely. We enjoyed the Nespresso machine as well. This was the honey moon suite. Great for walking to Queensland beach for a swim and saw a show at the Shore Club. We will be back!

Peace, quiet and Victorian Charm

We could hear the waves in our room . Our innkeeper was helpful and attentive. We were there on a holiday weekend and his knowledge helped us find some dinner. There was no breakfast, but the market a few miles away provided a good option.

The beach is close, quiet, and the scenery is beautiful. Since the restaurants around there closed early, we brought some food and had a nice dinner with my wife, listening to beautiful music, and a glass of wine. I had good memories of time. The staff at the motel front desk seemed unfriendly, but when I spoke to him later, he was very kind, and the next morning, the older staff member gave me an impressive coffee service that woke me up from my fatigue for the next trip. It was an impressive motel.
