Bel Lago, meaning 'beautiful lake’ in Italian. A Luxurious, four-bedroom home with multiple balconies, an indulgent indoor sauna, outdoor spa, and magnificent uninterrupted lake views across to the Remarkables and surrounding mountains from every room.

VIEWS:
This home certainly lives up to its name. EVERY room in Bel Lago will have you absolutely mesmerized by the breath-taking panoramic alpine views of Lake Wakatipu, the infamous Remarkable Mountain range, and nearby Bayonet Peak, Cecil Peak, and the Crown Range.

LOCATION:
This peaceful hillside location is conveniently located less than a five-minute drive into the heart of central Queenstown, where you can enjoy the vibrant nightlife, gourmet dining and boutique shopping. In winter both ski fields are easily accessible, Coronet Peak being the closest, just a 25-minute drive away. There is a double garage and secure off-street parking at this address.

STYLE:
This home is bright, modern, and finished to a high standard with all the luxurious extras to make this your home away from home.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:
The four bedrooms all have stunning lake views, floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding doors onto a shared balcony. One separate guest toilet and four private ensuite bathrooms with rain shower heads; the master ensuite has a separate shower and bath. All bathrooms have luxury toiletries, hair dryers, underfloor heating, electric wall heaters and heated towel rails.

*Top quality King split beds can be reconfigured as two side by side singles, providing excellent flexibility for groups. Please advise your preference when booking.

A queen size sofa bed is available in the upstairs TV room and can accommodate an additional two guests if required. (Prior arrangement and charges apply). Please note that for guests sleeping in this room there is a toilet nearby, however for full bathroom facilities they will need to go into one of the bedrooms for use of the ensuite.

LIVING AREAS:
Spacious open plan living with Smart TV with SKY, Netflix, surround sound, board games and lots to keep the little ones entertained including a teepee! For winter guests this home is very warm and cosy with both heat pumps and an easy-to-use gas fire. There is a second TV room, which is great for having additional space for families to spread out.

KITCHEN & DINING:
Fully equipped large kitchen with modern appliances, complete with a coffee machine and wine fridge. This bright open plan flows from the kitchen to dining area. Dine with a view either indoors or outdoors both tables have seating for eight looking out to Queenstown’s famous scenery.

THE GREAT OUTDOORS:
The balcony is a generous size, and to make this home even more indulgent there is also an outdoor spa pool** (service charges apply) in and an indoor sauna. Just, imagine yourself here, glass of Central Otago wine in hand, soaking in the lakeside views and the fresh mountain air!

OTHER PRACTICALITIES:
There is garage parking for two vehicles, with internal access, storage space for bikes and golf clubs, plus a convenient drying cupboard for your ski gear. There is a full laundry on the lower level.

RATES, INCLUSIONS & MINIMUM STAYS:
Rates are inclusive of 15% GST, premium linen and for a maximum of eight guests. Two additional guests can be accommodated on the sofa bed with prior arrangement and are charged at NZ$75 per person / per night (Maximum 10 guests). A departure clean fee of NZ$450 applies. Bookings of 8 nights or more receive a service clean. Minimum 3 night stay year-round, and 4-7 nights during peak periods.

**Spa Pool: A one-off charge of NZ$200 applies for use of the spa pool. This is to have it professionally valeted, heated and ready for your arrival.

Credit card fees are non-refundable. This is important to be aware of if you choose to pay your balance ahead of the due date.

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS:
•Guest(s) making a booking must be over 25 years of age. Any guests under 25 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of their stay.

•A standard exit clean is included in your booking; however, you are expected to leave the property in a satisfactory state. Excessively littered and/or dirty conditions at departure will result in extended housekeeping hours being charged. This may include carpet cleaning or excessive rubbish removal for example.

•Bel Lago is a residential dwelling, and no parties or events are to be held, unless prior arrangements are confirmed with your property manager. (Events fee and terms & conditions apply).

•Please be mindful that the property is located in a residential area and be courteous to your neighbours. Quiet hours are to be observed between 10pm and 7am as per Resource Consent.

•We are required to take a security bond pre-authorisation in the event of any damage to the property. The guest will be notified immediately should a charge need to be taken.
