Absolutely beautiful location and hotel. Staff were so nice to organise a surprise for our grandmother as we were travelling to celebrate her birthday. Special mention to the young man who helped us with our luggage and went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were met. Very spacious and beautiful rooms. Also loved the water taxi ride into town. Would definitely stay again.

Overnight stay as we landed 9:30pm. Arrived to hotel and were expecting some food options either in Hotel or nearby. All nearby options were closed. Hotel room service app was saying everything was unavailable. There wasn’t even a mini bar. Eventually managed to order some room service via concierge who were very nice and helpful. Was expecting a bit more but overall it was OK.

We paid 670 nzd of so for one night stay. Would have expected good wifi in the room. Logging into wifi didn’t work on laptop. Television wasn’t great either. The beds were good but folding doors to seperate bedroom from living is not ideal sound wise. Breakfast buffet was amazing. Enjoyed the swimming pool. The spa wasn’t used as no spaces available. Superb location. I do think with Airbnb you get better value for money accomodation comfort wise.
