Some staff are really nice and helpful, some others no. First time ever in a hotel: no space for a toiletry bag on the bathroom. Or on the floor... Nothing to put your luggage. Only on the floor again. It is a disappointment.

Really nice and clean hotel away from the main city. Very easy bus route if you don't have a car. If you do have a car, parking is extremely limited (only about 5-10 spots reserved for the whole hotel). We had to park in the lot nearby and pay about $10 per day. Not a huge expense but I wish I knew this before!

Pricey but nice

Convenient to the airport. Front desk and dining staff were excellent. The room was fantastic with outstanding views. Cost of rooms and meals expensive so for a 1 night layover we decided to treat ourselves to a nice hotel for our first visit to New Zealand.

Parking is a Pain! This property doesn't have sufficient parking for its guests. Their available spaces fill up quickly and you are forced to pay for offsite parking that is a block away. The hotel and room itself was great but for me, the inconvenience created by the inadequate parking made for a disappointing experience.

Nice Hotel

The hotel is quite a ways away from the center of action, but was very affordable for the quality. The hotel is quite newly constructed, so everything feels fresh. Staff was very accommodating in combining two separate reservations (long story) into a single stay.
