The room was bright and spacious, very quiet with a mountain view. The hotel interior design was so relaxing and it made me feel like back home (Europe). It was easy tp drive anywhere I wanted and $10 per night car park was just great. I enjoyed my stay so much

We had a great stay, Jules and Alba were very helpful and friendly, the hotel is lucky to have them! The only downside is the limited hotel parking, that was always full. Aside from that, lovely staff and lovely, clean, comfortable rooms.

Very close to the airport but if you come to this hotel with a car, you maybe have no space for your car park in the hotel, less than 10 parking spaces!!! then have to pay for airport one. Will not come back if I'm with a car.

The only thing we really didn't like about this property and our stay was the breakfast. It was really expensive ($30 pp if you don't pre-book it, or $20 pp if you pre-book) and it's a buffet, but the eggs and beans were always cold. It didn't matter if we were the first ones there in the morning, still cold. The quality of the food provided in the buffet was not worth the price, and in fact, by the end of our stay, most of us preferred not to eat at all rather than eat that breakfast. Otherwise, the staff were incredible and the rooms were clean.

The only thing we really didn't like about our stay was the breakfast. It was really expensive for what you got and the eggs were always cold - even when we arrived first as soon as breakfast opened - and the "hot beans" were also always cold. By the end of our week long stay, we all just chose to not eat rather than eat that breakfast

Very new Holiday Hotel. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Easy check in and check out. The room was very accommodating and nicely decorated. The typical hotel room which are small but had everything we needed and well designed with ample space in the restroom. Very close to the airport and about 10- 20 minutes into Queenstown depending on traffic since there’s only one road in and out of town and the airport. Highly recommend this hotel.
