Staff friendly. Quickly turned over our room to allow us to check in an hour early so we could get to an excursion. Rooms are well appointed. AC works well. Parking is available and very close to Town Center and Shotover St.I would stay here again and recommend this hotel.

almost everything /facilities provided in the place superb. The staff Mr. Rajat is very helpful. i recommended to all. It is a good place to stay because the place is nearby to everything such as place to eat, near the famous lake and garden and cable car.

On arrival we had a free upgrade to a larger room with great views of the mountains and lake. The room was very clean and tidy. The location was great too with just a ten-minute walk to the centre of town and a five-minute walk to the Skyline.
