Great hotel, central to all the shops and restaurants in Queenstown. Only stayed one night passing through but the hotel staff communicated well, were very friendly and the room was comfortable with a great view of the lake and mountains. We enjoyed the hotel on-site cafe for breakfast as well and loved the we could walk along the water and to the shops with ease. Street parking was also available and easy overnight

Room was exceptional, bed was super comfortable and cosy. Fridge/coffee/tea etc, great shower. Wonderful lakeside views. Great choice of breakast (paid extra), good choice. We also used restaurant with good bar/menu. Nice reception staff too, car parking convenient situated in basement. Would recommend, usual Ramada quality.
