Good location

The hotel is in a good location. Close to the wharf where there are food and shops. Parking on the road is tricky if you have a car. It can be difficult to find a spot. You can always pay $30 to park at the hotel, we took our chances and saved the fee. The bathroom was disappointing. Our shower had no shelves for shampoo, conditioner, soap…so had to put it all on the floor. That’s gross. A shelf should be provided.

The room was very small {maybe I didn't read the fine print} no utensils only 2 teaspoons, 2 cups not even a plate or bowl to have your breakfast in we had a kettle that was it very stuffy air conditione hard to control it was either too hot or cold lots of condensation on the window sill they also need bed lamps the light over the bed was like a spotlight just awful the staff were all very friendly cleaning & check in staff excellent enjoyed the restaurant for a pizza & a couple of drinks it is in a good location views lovely

We stayed in 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom with kitchen unit. The unit was good , great view , spacious , mostly clean except, one of the toilet was not clean properly. There was still some stains on the toilet bowl. They did come cleaned it, so I guess not a big deal. Other than that, we had a nice pleasant stay.

A wee walk to the heart of Queenstown CBD but in a great quiet location. We got the lake view and it also had the gondola view too so was a great spacious unit. Would stay here again for sure and was good value for money.
