Good hotel but a lack of attention to detail. One glass and one mug in a room for two. Stale ham & cheese croissant which resulted in food poisoning. Needs a bit of a wake up.

The staff were very friendly and polite. The room was spacious and comfortable with all the amenities that you need to make you feel at home away from home (washer and dryer included). The hotel is located very central, within walking distance to all amenities. There is a good restaurant on site which is very handy. I will definitely recommend it.

We had someone enter our room in the middle of the night using a keycard. An unprecedented failure and left us feeling insecure and not wanting to stay there anymore. Turns it the employees at this hotel all have master keys to all the rooms in the hotel and some are allowed to stay wherever they like. A couple of them had been out partying clearly (with the master keys to the hotel on them?!) and accidentally entered our room. The hotel staff were not particularly apologetic or surprised, we were absolutely stunned. In over 25 years of travel I've NEVER had anyone enter my room unauthorized. And no apology from management, offer of any compensation or anything. We'll never stay at Ramada or Wyndham hotels again. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Great hotel. We had an apartment with kitchen and laundry facilities- really useful after a few weeks of travelling. Nice restaurant and bar, easy walk into queenstown

Great property — we liked everything about it. Best features — comfortable queen sized bed, ample room, easy to use washer and dryer and the restaurant. The only challenge for us was the steep walks going to and from town. We walked down and did Uber hack to hotel. Loved Queenstown — lots of activity in town so for us the quiet location of the hotel was ideal.

The room came with washing machine and dryer, but we could not use the dryer as every time we turned it on the fuse would blow and we lost power to the whole room. Staff said they would have it fixed but for the two nights of our stay it was not repaired.

This hotel was fine, but certainly not luxurious. Some of the people at reception were good, but one young lady always gave us the impression that we were wasting her time. So unlike most Kiwis we met. The Coco Cabana restaurant, attached, has excellent food. This hotel was a ten minute walk from the waterfront restaurants and activities, so it was a perfect location.
