On our second night the people in the suite next door were playing very noisy music through the speakers .it was impossible to sleep. I had to step outside onto the balcony and ask them to stop the music . This was about 10pm

We came for our honeymoon and the property is beautiful! There is the most amazing view and the bus stop is right outside, so easy transport. Queenstown is a short walk as well :)

Beautiful view over the lake and 20min walk into town which was quite convenient. Full size kitchen also useful. Condition of the room is a bit dated and could be cleaner. Wifi did not work for most of the time we were there or the Chromecast, largely due to maintenance works at the time but they also didn't work after maintenance had finished.

Extremely helpful reception staff. Lovely to have the apt serviced each day. Nice easy walk to centre of town. Excellent location for all our tour booking pick ups and airport drop off and pick up. Super local bus services to Frankton, Airport, Arrowtown etc. Great views across lake. Nice to be able to have the option of a meal at apt or a dinner out.

Upon check in none of my VIP perks were acknowledged or provided. We were told that the free breakfast was not being offered due to it being the holidays. Things like this should be advertised as we paid extra to stay here for that reason. When we got to our room, there was no view. It said courtyard view but we were in a basement unit that looked at a sidewalk and a fence. We couldn’t even keep the curtains open due to people constantly walking right next to our window and looking in, it felt really awkward. The only nice thing was the heated mattress pad and heated bathroom floor.

Room was okay. The only windows looked out onto the walkway where everyone passes to and from so zero privacy which wasn’t helped by construction work taking place during our stay where we had builders outside our window starting work at 8am. We wouldn’t have minded this but we weren’t informed about this at all by any staff so was a rather sudden awakening by men shouting to each other.

Wish we had more time here

Unfortunately we could only spend one night here because we left for Franz Joseph the next morning. But, we were delighted when we arrived and saw this beautiful room…amazing view of the lake with floor to ceiling windows, it had a full kitchen, fireplace, living room and dining area. I could stay there for weeks and be happy. Only one downside is the distance from downtown. We took cabs. But, if you like to walk, it’s a lovely one.

Room has a lovely view and lounge is very comfortable with gas fire. however the bed was very poor quality mattress. No instructions that we could find to work dishwasher and the expel air when i turned it on whilst boiling jug smelt dreadful and is sagging in one corner. small problems only important if you want a good nights sleep. Cognizant that they are going to be refurbished but cleaning the expelair and a new mattress might be good remedial options meantime.

Enjoyable stay

Lovely apartment in Queenstown. Everything you need in the apartment including heated towel rail! Be aware you have to carry your luggage up steps or a ramp from the underground carpark. No lifts. Great views. There was even a gas heater that looked like a real fire! Novelty for us people who come from cairns.

Great apartment but complex is on the busiest street through town. Lots of traffic noise and cars driving by windows. Unit was clean but furniture will need to be replaced soon.
