Villa Tortuga on 4 makuuhuoneen, 4 täyttä kylpyammeen ja 2 puolikaskylpylän loma-asunto, joka sijaitsee aivan Manuel Antonion sydämessä. Kävelymatkan päässä läheisistä ravintoloista, kahviloista, pankeista, leipomosta, urheilubaarista ja bussipysäkistä. Se on nopea 4-5 minuutin bussimatka kansallispuistoon ja yleiseen rantaan. Tämä upea huvila on kaikkea mitä etsit kotoa kotoa. Huvilassa on myös yksi hienoimmista kokkeista Manuel Antoniossa. Hän valmistaa tuoretta saalistasi tai kattaa aterian makuusi mukaan. Rentoudu iltapäivällä sukeltamalla omaan uima-altaaseesi. Se laskee vähitellen 3. 5 '- 4. 5' sisäänrakennettujen istumapaikkojen kanssa nauttiaksesi suosikki cocktailisi uima-altaan baarista. 1200 neliöjalkaa teak-kansi tarjoaa runsaasti parkitustilaa ja sisältää runsaasti tuolia perheen ja ystävien majoittamiseen. Villa Tortuga is a lovely property. Views are beautiful and there is lots of space to spread out, including large ones to be together. Our family of grandparents, parents and teen age kids loved the house. Chef Ricardo and his wife, Alba made incredible meals for us. The house is well situated for visiting the park, the beach and many other activities. I would highly recommend staying here.

As a family that travels relatively frequently, I have to say that Villa Tortuga is perhaps the best place we have ever stayed. The property itself is absolutely outstanding, a certified paradise that includes every amenity that you could want or need. While we were a smaller group of adults staying here, Villa Tortuga could comfortably accommodate a large group of adults and/or families. The bedrooms were clean, comfortable (including good AC), and all had their own attached bathroom. The outdoor pool area was wonderful, with special accommodations including an outdoor shower to rinse off and a half bath by the pool. All the outdoor patios and lounge areas were beautiful and comfortable. Beyond the living arrangements, the Villa Tortuga staff made our stay exceptionally easy and pleasant. Special thanks to Jessica who coordinated all of our excursions (including door-to-door transportation for all of them!) and Hisolda who kept every room clean and tidy throughout our stay. Most of all, the absolute highlight of our stay and what sets Villa Tortuga above all other places were the meals prepared by Chef Ricardo and Senora Alba. Every single breakfast and dinner prepared by them were PHENOMENAL. It's not every day that you have 5 star chefs making all of your meals, but when you are at Villa Tortuga, that is exactly what you get. Thank you Jackie and Bob for sharing your paradise with us.

Villa Tortuga was amazing! Jackie and her staff were great to work with! We loved everything about Costa Rica and our stay here was the cherry on top. The property is beautiful and the views are astonishing. Ricardo, the chef, and his wife Alba, were absolutely perfect. The food and service were top notch. Ricardo and Alba did not disappoint! Ricardo was available at all times and was so helpful with all the questions that we had. We have nothing but raving reviews for this property. We saw Monkeys, Macaws and a Toucan. We will book here again and tell all our friends to as well! We just cannot say enough good things about this beautiful property! Ricardo truly is a gem!!

Our stay at Villa Tortuga was a dream & one of our best vacations ever. We were a family of 7, all adults. As another guest stated, the pictures don't do it justice, the moment we walked up the many stairs (good exercise) and viewed the pool area, outside seating area, then walked into the main house and were welcomed by Chef Ricardo and his wife Alba, we knew our stay would be memorable. Highlights were of course, the food, both breakfast and dinner. Our first night was surf and turf and our last night was the tastiest grilled squid topped with "Ricardo's secret chimichurri"! The entire staff at Villa Tortuga were wonderful...the groundskeeper (can't believe the all the greenery was real), housekeeper (lovely Christmas decorations and fresh flowers) and Jessica/concierge (she arranged a catamaran tour).The beds were comfy, the coffee bar amazing and Chef always provided fresh fruit and smoothies. We did go to breakfast at Monarca Cafe one AM, we walked and it was worth it; includes a butterfly garden. We also had drinks at El Avian one afternoon and loved the views and monkeys. Also walked to YOLA for drinks between 4-5 PM for the flight of the Macaws and squirrel monkey antics. They also visited one afternoon at the house. We toured Manuel Antonio Nat Park with a private guide (Hectours); highly recommend him. My husband and I went to Biesanz Beach. Pd for street parking and hiked kind of steep/wet trail to beach, but worth it. Thank you all for making our stay so special!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful property in Quepos! Our group of 10 was perfectly accommodated in this spacious and well-appointed house. The views were truly breathtaking - we spent countless hours on the deck just taking in the stunning scenery.The house itself exceeded our expectations with plenty of room for everyone to relax comfortably. Lovely stay

We enjoyed our time at the villa tortuga. Ricardo and alba were amazing chefs creating delicious meals every day of our stay. The staff was friendly and kind, accommodations were comfortable.

We had a very good stay at Villa Tortuga, communication great, house, parking, pool, location, all good.50 steps up to the main door was too many for older guests. What made the stay was the 5 star chef. He was over the top with quality and customer experience. We didn't plan on using him but we got amazing meals, on time and with a smile for less than we could go to a restaurant (fresh fish daily). Tipping was asked for several venues.....and an 18% surcharge of your stay added for use of cabinet items (paper towels, coffee, condiments, etc) as info. We gave the Chef a nice tip and an even nicer gift...he was worth every penny!Not the fault of the rental but there were daily power outages, one that lasted 6 hours. We enjoyed our stay.

Spacious home. Family gathering common areas were plentiful. The dining room seats 12. There is a lovely dining area by the pool. The pool and waterfall were beautiful. The view of the ocean was remarkable. The highlight was certainly Chef Ricardo and his Sous chef/wife Alba. They were attentive and the preparation and presentation were of the highest caliber.

Wonderful Family Vacation

Everything that you read in the reviews is accurate. From the beauty of location to the wonderful meals prepared by the chef. Location is excellent, close to the beach and the national park. We saw monkeys, Toucans, caught seven sailfish on our fishing trip Along with some tasty snapper that the chef prepared for us! there were 12 of us and we all said it was one of the best places we have stayed at!

Costa Rican Magic

This was an incredible stay! We spent the first part of our week in Costa Rica here and it exceeded our expectations. From the moment Chef Ricardo greeted us at the door, we were treated with warmth and care. The meals were outstanding, the views breathtaking, and the massages truly top-notch. The entire property felt like a dream come true!The pool was ideal for both kids and adults, and the space was perfect for our group of four couples and two children. We also booked the extra suite, which gave everyone plenty of privacy and comfort. One of the highlights was the wildlife—we spotted monkeys, parrots, parakeets, scarlet macaws, agoutis, and more, all from the balcony!A point of note: there are a lot of stairs to access the property. While this wasn’t an issue for our group, it could be a consideration for those with mobility challenges.Additionally, one of the couples booked a jet ski tour through the concierge. While the tour itself was fantastic, there was some miscommunication around scheduling and a significant delay in response time. We recommend following up consistently and including the property owner, Jackie, in all communication to ensure plans are confirmed.All in all, we had a magical stay and would absolutely return!

Wonderful villa & staff!

We had a fabulous stay at Villa Tortuga. The property is beautiful and every need was anticipated. Chef Ricardo and Alba were amazing chefs as well as so friendly and helpful. Isolda too was wonderful. It's hard to think of anything that could have been better. Thanks to all for making this a memorable vacation!

Fabulous!!

From the moment we booked the trip, everything was perfect. Communication from the owner was fantastic. Transportation to and from the airport was set up in advance and all went perfectly. The private chef greeted us at check-in and the bus driver helped us with our luggage up to the villa. The daily house cleaning was absolutely terrific. She spent the day there doing laundry and cleaning rooms at our request. She was there, but was not ever in our space or disturbed us. Ricardo the chef produced amazing meals for breakfast and dinner. Was very easy to talk to him and his wife about what our preferences were and they were very accommodating. Also, when we schedule dinner for a specific time, it was delivered to the table within minutes of requested time. Just a perfect touch. The location couldn’t have been better a quick quarter mile walk up the hill you have a half dozen restaurants to choose from. Another couple hundred yards and there is a store a bank, etc.. The roads are a little narrow so you have to be careful walking but very safe. We didn’t experience a single rude person on our six day travels in Costa Rica. Just beautiful people. Thank you for a great vacation! Do not hesitate to book this villa it will exceed your expectations.

Absolutely Dreamy!

This property is amazing! It was incredibly clean and well maintained. The staff is so friendly and the amenities make it so you never even have to leave the house if you’re just wanting some R&R. It’s so close to the beach and local restaurants. Definitely a 10/10!

Simply the best

It's hard to say which we loved more, Costa Rica or this villa! They are both incredible. We were a group of 11 ranging in age from 6 to 72 and this villa was perfect for us. Chef Ricardo, Alba, and the rest of the staff take your typical rental house stay to the next level. They made this vacation one of the best we've ever had. Everything was taken care of for us, the villa was kept in pristine condition for our entire stay, and the cooking was top notch. It would be impossible to overstate how much all of us loved Chef Ricardo and Alba. They are kind, friendly, fun, and just wonderful people. Plus we've never eaten so well! We are hoping Chef will write his own cookbook some day so we can try to recreate some of his meals. The grounds are beautiful and the pool was perfect for the kids. We enjoyed several of the suggested excursions, but our favorites were the waterfall tour, the canopy tour, and the catamaran. Tony and his crew at beach were wonderful. The kids especially loved Roberto and the grasshoppers he made for them out of leaves. Overall, I highly recommend staying here. Our group will for sure return sometime in the next couple of years! We are already talking about our next trip to Villa Tortuga!Thank you for such a fantastic experience!

Heaven on earth

100 steps from the street to the top floor before you even get to the treehouse! The rooms were lovely, the appointments lovely, the views amazing! Monkeys birds, so many things to see even a sloth! Room for all of us with room to spare and spread out. And the chef… There are no words! He and his wife were the absolute best! We all agreed that every meal was five star dining and the presentation was amazing as well. Outstanding! Wish I could take them home with me.

Amazing Property

We had an amazing stay. Our family of 4 and another family of 4 were in the house. All teenagers and plenty of room for everything. Accommodations were beautiful. Chef was amazing. Housekeeper was great. Concierge took care of all activities for us. We saw monkeys, Scarlet Macaws, Toucans, and Iguanas from the house. Highly recommend this home to anyone.

Amazing place! Details down to USB chargers in every room, instructions on how to use TV and Bluetooth speakers etc. all the big stuff and small stuff was thought of! All 12 of us loved it!

Exceptional and Amazing!!

We had the most wonderful & amazing stay at Villa Tortuga!! First, the place is more incredible than the photos show. Secondly, the staff was absolutely amazing!! They all were so warm and welcoming. Chef Ricardo and Alba’s meals looked like a photo and tasted as if like we were eating at a 5 star restaurant. We just allowed him to do his thing and said "surprise us". We were never disappointed!! The house keeper was such a sweetheart and keep the house immaculate, as well as the grounds keeper outside. Jessica was very responsive and attentive to our requests. She connected us with a taxi driver (Gilbert) who ended up transporting us several places. Once we got his contact info, we just contacted him directly. He too was very responsive. It was as if we had our own personal driver for the week.This was a vacation we will never forget with special memories made we will hold forever in our hearts and minds. Thank you so much Jackie to you and all of your staff as well as all the friendly people there in the Manuel Antonio/Quepos area!!
